I come from a family of employees.

Good people. 
Hard workers. 
Steady paychecks.

Nobody ever started a business.

Nobody talked about building something of their own.

The path was: get good grades, get a good job, work there for 30 years, retire.

So when I left a corporate CRO role to go out on my own, it didn’t make sense to anyone.

You need delusion.

I get called lucky a lot.

And honestly? I have been lucky.

I had savings when I quit my job.

People confuse wealth with money.

I used to make great money at work. 

Big title and bonuses, the whole startup thing.

I failed a lot (in public) over the last six years.

I told everyone about my big idea.

Then I did nothing about it for a year.

Talked about it at work.
Mentioned it to friends.

I didn't have it figured out when I started.

I still don't, honestly.

I was 28 when I got my first real job.

Almost got fired in 90 days.

Turned out to be one of the best lessons of my life.

Cold calling was brutal.
100+ dials every single day.
40 days straight. Zero sales.

My confidence was shot. My mindset was worse.

I walked up to my team leader and said, "I can't do this. I'm not cut out for sales."

He didn't argue. He just smiled.
"You can sell. You just don't know how yet. Let me show you."

He told me two things that changed everything:

1. Stop trying to sell. Start trying to help.
↳ You're not pushing a product. You're guiding someone toward a decision that benefits them.

2. Script your conversations.
↳ Every question. Every objection. Every answer. Write it down. Practice it. Own it.

I did exactly that for 15 days.

In 10 months after that, I became the top sales rep with the lowest return rate in the team.

Not because I became a "natural."
But because I stopped seeing challenges as roadblocks and started treating them as teachers.

Here's the 6-step process I still use today to turn setbacks into stepping stones:

→ Identify the lesson
↳ Every struggle is teaching you something. What is it?

→ Acknowledge the problem
↳ You can't fix what you refuse to see.

→ Build a strategy
↳ Emotion without execution is just noise.

→ Take action
↳ Small steps build momentum. Start somewhere.

→ Reflect and adjust
↳ Learn. Tweak. Improve. Repeat.

→ Celebrate growth
↳ My first incentive bought my dad his first mobile phone. It was used, but it meant everything.

Your struggles aren't roadblocks.
They're invitations to grow.

Next time you hit a wall, don't turn back.

Use this 7-step decision filter before you create anything.

It takes 10 minutes. And it saves hours.

→ Step 1: Who is this for?
Name one person. If it is “everyone,” stop.

→ Step 2: What problem does it solve?

→ Step 3: What action should it trigger?
Save. Comment. Click. Or think differently.

I expected it.

I'd sent an email saying I was raising prices and shifting focus.
So I knew some people would leave.

What I didn't expect was what happened next.

The 2,200 odd people who stayed..
They brought in 31% more in sales in the next 60 days.

More than the previous 3 months combined.

Here's the thing about unsubscribes.
They're not always bad.

Sometimes they're necessary.
Because the people who left were never going to buy anyway.

They were just there.
Inflating my numbers.

Making me think I had an audience.

But an audience that doesn't act isn't an audience.
It's a distraction.

I got rejected 14 times before I got my first job.

Here are 10 things I learned from the experience:

↳ Rejection is part of the process.
↳ You are not rejected until you reject yourself.
↳ Being overqualified can also get you rejected.
↳ Interviews test perception more than capability.
↳ The more you fail, the closer you move to success.
↳ Rejection-to-selection is a ratio. Get rejected faster.
↳ You often get less than what you ask for. So negotiate.
↳ Every rejection can carry a lesson for your next selection.
↳ The number of rejections doesn’t matter. You only need one yes.
↳ Rejection doesn’t mean incapability. Sometimes, the moment isn’t yours.

The most important lesson I learned?
To value myself.

Everyone is busy with their own life.

No one has the time to value you the way you can.

→ If you think you are incapable, you act like one.
→ If you think you are a failure, you become one.
→ If you think you are rejected, you stay rejected.

But the opposite is also true.

So value yourself.
Never reject yourself.

The only person who can write your success story is you.

Every idea you have can be told three ways:

→ Bucket 1: The Problem
Show what's broken.
The frustration. The confusion. The resistance.
If you're feeling it, your audience is too.
This isn't theory. It's reality.

Value for the reader: They feel seen. They stop blaming themselves. They lean in.

→ Bucket 2: The Playbook
Give one small step.
Not a framework or, a masterclass.
One move someone can try today.
That's it.

Value for the reader: They leave with something doable, not overwhelming.

→ Bucket 3: The Proof
Share what happened.
A win. A loss. A lesson learned the hard way.
Proof makes people believe your advice actually works.

Value for the reader: Belief. If it worked for you, it might work for them.

One idea becomes three posts.
Three posts become a full week of content.

You're not running out of things to say.
You're just rotating angles.

Same insight. Different lens.

No blank page. No creative pressure.
Just a system that works when you're tired.

And with AI by your side, it becomes easy.
Use it to turn one thought into three posts.

Same idea. Three angles.
Problem. Playbook. Proof.

Prompt to try: "Rewrite this idea as: a problem post, a playbook post, and a proof post."

That's how you create without burning out.

Consistency isn't about being creative every day.
It's about having a system that survives your low-energy days.

Content batching sounds smart. But it still feels heavy.

And that confuses a lot of creators.

Because batching is supposed to make things easier.
Plan once.
Create in bulk.
Post consistently.

So why does it still feel exhausting?

Here’s the part no one talks about:

Batching optimizes execution.
It does nothing for idea capture.

When batching day arrives, you are expected to:
Think clearly
Generate ideas
Structure them
Write them
Edit them

All in one sitting.

That’s not leverage.
That’s compression.

You are squeezing thinking, creativity, and output into a single block of time.

No wonder it feels draining.

The hardest part of building a product is not building.

It is choosing what not to build.

When I started working on this tool, I had no shortage of ideas:
→ AI post generators
→ Templates for LinkedIn
→ Hooks, frameworks, formats
→ One-click repurposing
→ Auto-scheduling

All of that would have been easy to justify.

But I didn’t start there.

Instead, I made one uncomfortable decision:
I decided to solve idea loss first.

Because every creator problem I kept seeing traced back to the same root:
→ Not lack of skill.
→ Not lack of effort.
→ Not lack of consistency.

But ideas slipping away before they were ever captured.

If you lose the idea, no amount of AI can bring it back.

So the first thing I chose to build was boring on the surface:
...a way to capture thinking at the exact moment it happens.

→ Before polishing.
→ Before formatting.
→ Before “making content”.

Everything else can wait.

Because clarity can be created later.
Lost ideas cannot.

That one decision shaped the entire product.

And it clarified something else for me too:
This isn’t a content tool.
It’s a thinking tool.

Instead, split the work.

When you are tired, do not write.
Just dump raw thoughts.

→ Talk it out.
→ Bullet it.

Messy is fine.

No creativity required.
Just extraction.

Ask AI to:

You are reducing cognitive load.

3️⃣ Phase 3: Polish (human-only)

This is your only creative step.
→ cut fluff
→ add your voice
→ hit publish

This entire loop fits inside 25 minutes.

No burnout.
No heroic effort.

The takeaway most people miss?

Consistency is not built on motivation.
It is built on systems that work on bad days.
