I have hands-on involvement in scaling a startup, working my way through the SDR, Team Leader, Team Manager, and Director roles in a remotely working team that grew from 10 to 150 over the course of 2 years. I have authored extensive scalable standard operating procedures, ran ample sales development training, conducted 100+ SDR/TL/TM interviews, and am a constant student of the craft. I am confident in leadership roles and strive to be an example for others in everything that I do. My goal is to make the day better for those around me. I enjoy the act of public speaking and consider myself an excellent communicator. I have deep experience collaborating in a workspace at global scale and welcome learning from others in all forms. 

While earning my degree, I became adept in behavioral learning and have an understanding of the processes that play a part in individual decision making. Comprehending the patterns that make up human behavior is ever-growing in importance, and when paired with the technologies at our disposal today, can be the difference in a successful vs. failed experience for a client or employee. I use the lessons that I learned through my time working in the mental health field on a daily basis, and it has made me a better business professional as a result.

My book of business was responsible for $365K in monthly revenue, equating to $4.2 million a year. This role gave me the opportunity to work with courses to help shape and define their digital brand. Being able to help each course shape the digital landscape to make sure they are positioned correctly within their community. A few of my responsibilities include research, data analysis, content creation, aerial content and publishing. Since 2018 I've assisted and created over 5,600 posts that have been engaged over 2,300,000 times on social media. Another function of this role was to educate each property on strategies, campaigns, and engagement within their markets and local community.

Working with Revolution Golf afforded me the opportunity to use my knowledge of equipment and golf instruction. My mission was to interact with each customer in a way to help them find the right mix of products to help improve their golfing skills, abilities, and passion for the game.

In addition to this, I also created cases with detailed notes to document issues related to customers within SalesForce for future reference as well as to find the fastest and best possible solution. As a part of this amazing team, I get to work with other Agents, Supervisors and Managers to create an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration. Part of my current role requires me to report issues found in the GolfNow platform and inform specific departments to help create a seamless experience for our golfers. One of my main functions is to create sales and inform customers of new and exciting products and promotions as well as informing of features and benefits.

As a Course Reservation Specialist, I worked with golf courses to finalize reservation errors in order to maximize revenue. This role also allowed me to assist golfers and course partners with the creation, confirmation, and cancellation of golf tee time reservations.

In my role as the Director of Golf, I personally oversaw everything from the budgets to customer experiences. One of our biggest accomplishments was the increase in driving range revenue increased by 40% ($22,000) and increased revenue in the golf shop of 20% ($16,000). 

It was my responsibility to order all merchandise and display it in a manner that allowed for each product to gain maximum exposure to gain more merchandise opportunities.  As a manager, I encouraged my staff to search and create revenue opportunities beyond the walls of the golf shop. I was able to increase new brand awareness campaigns by becoming a national brand ambassador for Cleveland/Srixon Golf. 

During my time I was able to create a relaxed atmosphere for all members and guests who visited our course by instituting policies of conduct and behavior that made each experience unique for all. Another point of emphasis was creating events that engaged the membership and public to find new and exciting revenue opportunities.  We created our documented procedures as well as created and fully developed employee handbook.

My main responsibility is to take care of our membership. This can mean so many thing that cover much more than golf.

I cover daily operations such as opening and closing the golf shop. Working with my staff to ensure a unique experience to each member and guest that visits The Golden Bear Club. I do cover the planning of weekly member games and monthly events. 

Managerial duties include scheduling of our outside staff and starters. Tournament operations through TPP software. Organization and execution of tournament preparations. 

Teaching responsibilities include set up and breakdown of teaching areas. Creating lesson plans to maximize student's enjoyment and ability to play the game of golf. Each student is different so no two lessons will ever be the same. In addition, I was also a PING certified club fitter.

One of my main responsibilities was to assist guests with unloading and loading of golf clubs. This included the cleaning of golf clubs both before and post round. Another major responsibility was the cleaning and maintaining of golf cart fleet as well as organization of daily maintenance of cart staging area. 

Some other duties of this role included maintaining and documenting usage of rental clubs and equipment. Another duty was picking the driving range at least two times per shift and cleaning and dispensing of range balls to specific locations.

As the General Sales Manager,  I was able to learn and fine-tune a variety of different skills including Inventory Management, Sales and Labor Budgets, Weekly Administration, and Merchandising. During my time at Finish Line, I worked in stores that ranged from $400,000 to $1,980,000 in yearly revenue and routinely saw growth of between 2% to 7% annually.  

One of my main responsibilities and my favorite parts of the job was the receiving, planning, and execution of pre-sales for limited edition shoes and apparel. This included the Nike Air Max 360, Limited Edition Air Force Ones, and all Retro and New Air Jordan releases.
