• Administered Zendesk platform, maintained dynamic templates and placeholders, and implemented automated alerts, ensuring smooth customer support operations
• Designed and implemented trigger flows, cron jobs, and worked with JavaScript to create Emails and Track&Trace pages in HTML & CSS, enhancing usability and boosting conversion rates
