I joined ClearFit as the third employee and the first marketing hire, tasked with growing the marketing function, generating demand, and building out the funnel. Our efforts generated thousands of new customers for ClearFit's hiring solution. I wore many hats during this time, and also helped overhaul the product UI, and hire the initial sales/customer success team, implement Marketo and Salesforce, and much more. 

I quickly discovered my love and talent for creating automated marketing, sales, and service systems and began to focus my energies exclusively on marketing automation and CRM. Using these tools we were able to more effectively nurture our prospects, identify our best leads, and effectively scale to thousands of customers - AND increase customer satisfaction - without massive increases in customer service headcount. This contributed to ClearFit experiencing triple digit % increase in customers and revenue during my tenure.

In 2018 UGArden Herbs recieved an Experiential Learning grant from the University of Georgia. The grant paid for a part-time salary for one year for the program manager to build the UGArden Herbs business, and collaborate with students from different disciplines on campus. It led to collaborations with the New Media Institute, UGA Entrepreneurship, Agribusiness, Freshman Odyssey and more! We have been able to connect with students, and offer opportunities to get involved in areas ranging from organic herb cultivation, business, finances, marketing, technology and event promotion.

I started out as a consultant with no prior experience so dove in head first to all things Marketing Operations - Marketo, Salesforce, Workfront, Workato- you name it, I probably dabbled in it. I received a Marketo Certified Expert and Workfront Core Professional certificate early to support my clients. 

Since then, I've honed my skills at the intersection of marketing strategy and project execution, driving impactful campaigns while ensuring seamless workflows. I stood up 20+ teams across different functions into Workfront for the first time and solutioned Marketing and Operational programs for small to large enterprise companies, mainly in the B2B space. Most recently, I moved into an in-house role supporting a team transitioning off agency work.
