I’ve watched managers publicly humiliate their own team.

In meetings.
In front of clients.
Like it was nothing.

And it taught me something I’ll never forget:

It's so important to know when to leave.

The job.
The party.
The relationship.

Most people stay too long in situations that drain them.

They think leaving means giving up.

I stayed at a toxic job for a year longer than I should have.
