•	Oversee Operations, Strategy, Customer Experience, Contact Centers, Sales, Fulfillment, and Service Centers (Domestic & International; B2C & B2B).

o	Started in-house Service Centers and launched new warehouse.
•	In charge of Customer Experience: Introduced Net Promoter Score (NPS) and closed-loop process - now ranked higher than brands like Apple and Amazon.
•	Manage culture and employee experience, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
•	Identify areas of process enhancement, implementing automation tools and best practices to increase efficiency and quality.
o	Introduced “Personal Shopping” experiences that customers can have with our associates.
•	Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
•	Revised Customer Service to be WOW! Center where associates are given the training, processes, and empowerment to do what is best for the customer the first time.
•	Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure optimal terms and conditions.

I used to think people bought information.

Now I see they buy relief:

People are not shopping for content.

They are shopping for a problem to go away.

If you start with a course, you guess.

If you start with pain, you win.

When I help people sell online,
we never start with what to build.

We start with what hurts.

Here are 8 problems people will
always pay for them to go away 👇

1️⃣ I want to start, but nothing is clear
Confusion feels heavy.
Make the first step feel light.

2️⃣ I tried before and it failed
They do not want more info.
They want proof it can work for them.

3️⃣ I do not have time
Time feels tight.
Short steps feel doable.

Fear grows in the dark.

Energy is not fixed.

The best advice I’ve been given:

“This too shall pass.”

Nothing lasts forever. 
Not the good stuff. 
Not the bad stuff.

And yet we act like whatever we're experiencing right now is permanent. 

When things are going well, we take it for granted. 
When things fall apart, we convince ourselves this is just how life is now.

But that breakup that gutted you? Temporary. 
The joy of that promotion you got? Temporary. 
The phase where you feel stuck? Also temporary.

Life is a series of seasons. 
And seasons, by definition, change.

When life is good—don't sleepwalk through it. 
It's so easy to take the good days for granted, 
to assume they'll always be there waiting for you. 

But the good moments aren't guaranteed, 
so stop treating them like they're ordinary. Slow down. Savor them.

——

And when life is hard—remember that you're not stuck here. 
You're passing through. You've survived every bad season before this one. 

You've got a 100% track record of getting through difficult times. 
How do I know? Because you’re still here, reading this.

The only constant in life is change itself.

——

3 practical tips to actually live this out:

1. Look back at your calendar from a year ago 

Seriously, pull it up right now. 
Look at what you were worried about, what meetings filled your days, what felt so urgent back then. 

How much of it matters now? 
Almost none of it, right? 

That's your proof. Whatever's heavy today will likely feel lighter a year from now. Time is working in your favor even when it doesn't feel like it.

2. Take the photo. Book the dinner. Send the voice note. 

When things are good, celebrate it. 
Don't tell yourself "we'll do it next time" or "I'll reach out later." 

Next time might feel different. 
Later might not have the same energy. 
Good seasons deserve to be enjoyed.

3. Do the next right thing—even if it's small 

You don't need a master plan to get through a hard season. 
You just need to do one thing that moves you forward. 

Drink water. 
Reply to that text. 
Go for a ten-minute walk. 
Make your bed. 

Small actions create momentum, and momentum creates change.

When things are beautiful, soak it in. 
When things are brutal, wait it out. 

Either way, this too shall pass.

He ranks team members on two things: 
- Skill (ability)
- Will (motivation)

Why? Because they are the key to long-term success.

It's MUCH easier to teach a skill than to teach motivation.

When you’re 90, you’d give anything 
to go back to this year, this age, this moment.

You still have time to chase your dreams 
and tell people how much they mean to you.

Esther Perel said it best:
