•	Oversee Operations, Strategy, Customer Experience, Contact Centers, Sales, Fulfillment, and Service Centers (Domestic & International; B2C & B2B).
•	Manage budget, prepare financials, reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

•	Translate the strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
o	Introduced 5 new sales channels.
o	Started in-house Service Centers and launched new warehouse.
•	In charge of Customer Experience: Introduced Net Promoter Score (NPS) and closed-loop process - now ranked higher than brands like Apple and Amazon.
•	Manage culture and employee experience, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
•	Identify areas of process enhancement, implementing automation tools and best practices to increase efficiency and quality.
o	Introduced “Personal Shopping” experiences that customers can have with our associates.
•	Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
•	Revised Customer Service to be WOW! Center where associates are given the training, processes, and empowerment to do what is best for the customer the first time.
•	Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure optimal terms and conditions.

I used to think people bought information.

Now I see they buy relief:

People are not shopping for content.

They are shopping for a problem to go away.

If you start with a course, you guess.

If you start with pain, you win.

When I help people sell online,
we never start with what to build.

We start with what hurts.

Here are 8 problems people will
always pay for them to go away 👇

1️⃣ I want to start, but nothing is clear
Confusion feels heavy.
Make the first step feel light.

2️⃣ I tried before and it failed
They do not want more info.
They want proof it can work for them.

3️⃣ I do not have time
Time feels tight.
Short steps feel doable.

Fear grows in the dark.

-- No movement equals slow burnout.

🟢 Spiritual energy
-- When meaning fades, effort feels heavy.

Balance is not doing everything evenly.

Balance is noticing what is low
before everything breaks.

Here is a reset that actually works:

💼 At work
• Do one thing.
• Finish it.
• Pause on purpose.

 🏚️At home
• Lower the noise.
• Move your body a little.

👥 With people
• Spend time where energy returns.

✨ With purpose
• Remember why today matters.

Energy is not fixed.

It is guided.

Most salespeople will never close a seven-figure deal.

They think they can.
They act like they can.
But when the opportunity comes, they choke.

I've seen it firsthand.

I've watched seasoned reps stall.
I've watched managers fumble negotiations.
I've watched buyers walk away, never saying a word.

Here’s what I know:
→ Patience is a strategy. Use it.
→ Big deals don’t die in meetings. They die in silence.
→ If you can’t handle long sales cycles, you won’t survive.

Consider this:
1. Control the frame: If they lead, you’ve already lost.
2. Don't push, pull: Let the buyer convince themselves.
3. Slow down: The bigger the contract, the slower the close.

Big deals are a slow process. Learn to slow down, learn to ask great questions, and the deals will start to come.
