Justin Goodin

In 2018, I looked up.  I was doing what most of us have been brainwashed to do in regards to preparing for the "golden years".  This used to be a long way out there.  Time has compressed.

I drive a bit for business.  Windshield time evolved from FM (70's), to AM (talk shows) to now podcasts/audible (education/growth/action).  Many of you might relate.  Many podcast rabbit holes, conferences and REI meetups at about the same time.  

Mind on fire.  About 12 months later, I found myself emboldened and knee deep investing in alternatives to Wall Street.  

2019 - getting sponsor deal flow, took action by transitioning SEP and Traditional IRAs into the lesser known world of Syndications as an LP (limited partner).  

Today, after some successful exits and some painful lessons, I find myself even more enthused about the vast opportunities to expand and help others do the same in this game of alternatives.  

I have long since dismissed retirement as a destination.  Time freedom is now the target. 

Enjoy helping others discover and diversify into hard assets like apartments, mobile home parks, storage, RV parks, vacant land, etc...  So many perks.  Cash Flow, Building net worth, Tax mitigation, etc...
