Here’s the 5-step workflow behind their growth:

STEP 1: Find People Who Actually Want to Buy

They find businesses ready to buy right now by watching for signals like:
• Just got funded (they have money to spend)
• Hiring like crazy (they’re growing fast)
• Changed their tech setup (they’re open to new tools)
• Posted jobs that match what you sell (they need your solution)
They use AI to check 30+ data sources and verify every email is real.
The result? 95 out of 100 emails reach a real person.
No bounces. No spam folders. No wasted effort.

STEP 2: Multi-Channel Outreach

Not just email. A sequence across 3 channels:
• Day 1: 3 cold calls + email
• Day 2: 3 Cold calls
• Day 3: Email follow up
• Day 5: LinkedIn outreach + 2 cold calls
• Day 10: LinkedIn follow up + 2 cold calls
• Day 12: Closed lost

STEP 3: Never Lose Track of Anyone

Each Meeting Setter watches 200-300 companies every month.
They organize every company by:
• When to follow up next

No one slips through the cracks.

STEP 4: Setting Up Sales Meetings

Two teams work together:
• Meeting Setters find interested people and schedule calls
• Closers run the meetings and make the sale
Before each meeting, the Closer gets:
• A short report: What problem? Can they afford it? When do they want to buy?
• A reminder email
• A confirmation call
The Math: For every 1 Closer, you need 3 Meeting Setters. This gets you 12-15 meetings per month per Closer.

STEP 5: Tracking Each Sale

Interested → Qualified → Meeting Booked → Meeting Done → Offer Sent → Won or Lost
For each deal, track:
• When’s the next step?
• How likely to close?
• Why did we lose?
Everyone can see what’s happening. No secrets.

STEP 6: Keeping Everything Clean & Measured

Check these numbers weekly:

• Closers: Win rate, deal size, close speed?
• Future Sales: What’s coming?

Smart GTM teams don’t chase leads. They stack intent.

The biggest lesson I learned last month is that Top GTM teams aren’t chasing leads. 

They’re stacking intent and booking meetings from the bottom of the funnel up.

Most companies still optimize for noise at the top. 

New ads, new channels, new shiny tactics. 

But if your follow-up is slow, your targeting is broad, and your messaging reads like a template, you’re compounding waste.

You don’t need more random traffic. You need systems that surface who’s in-market, ready to buy now.

Here’s the angle we deploy with clients: layered intent signals. One signal is a nudge. Two or three together is a bell ringing. When you stack signals and keep your outreach human, your pipeline shifts from “hope” to repeatable probability.

The six signals that consistently sit at the top in our builds:

1) Champion job changes (Genesy + LinkedIn ) 
When your former champion moves, they carry trust with them. Don’t overcomplicate it: a quick reminder of the wins you created together & connect

2) Net-new roles in your ICP (Genesy) 
Fresh hires re-evaluate the entire stack. Hit them with a 2–3 line “what to keep/replace/automate” insight that respects their time.

3) Companies hiring your persona (Genesy + RB2B  
Headcount growth is a proxy for pain + budget. Translate that hiring signal into a problem you solve.

4) ICPs visiting your site (Trigify.io )
This is where most teams drop the ball. If your stack can’t see who visited, or your alerts don’t trigger same-hour, you’re late. Speed-to-lead wins here.  

5) ICPs engaging with your content (Genesy) 
A like/comment is not a closed deal, but it’s momentum. Use it to open a micro-conversation

6) ICPs active on competitor posts (@phantom / Trigify.io ) 
If they’re already comparing, don’t pitch a feature list. Reframe the buying criteria. 

Now: the masterstroke: stack the signals. A pricing-page visit plus a relevant job posting plus a past champion at the account? 

That’s a priority 1. You don’t need to email 1,000 people. You need to prioritize the 30 who are waving their hands right now.

How we operationalize this (no fluff, real system):
	•	Enrichment waterfall (Genesy ) to merge 100+ data sources and turn raw signals into context. We’re not guessing—we’re confirming.
	•	Website visitor ID (RB2B ) to catch anonymous traffic and map it back to accounts.
	•	Channel mix sending (Genesy): short, respectful emails + LinkedIn DM/comment + (when appropriate) a call. 

The message reads like “10 minutes of research,” because the framework is human, and AI only fills the variables (funding, role change, tech switch).

I posted every single day for the last 6 weeks, and here is what happened:

When I started this challenge of daily posting, it was not even about business. It was more for personal development.

It felt exactly like one of those fitness and personal growth journeys where you put in the work with zero instant reward.

The early days are always the hardest.
You show up. You write. You post.
And nothing happens.

You feel invisible.

If you are like me, and you have less than 5.000 followers, your average post sits under  600 views…. You get 2 likes…

One of them is from your mom. The other is from your best friend (thank you Fabio!)

And if you are waiting for new followers or a new audience to appear, you hear only crickets.

But this is the part nobody talks about.

It is the same feeling as when you work out, eat clean, train your abs every day, and after a week when you look at the mirror, you see nothing.

You look again after 2 weeks and you see nothing.

You swear there is no progress.

But underneath the surface, everything is changing.

And then one random day, you look at yourself and your six pack is there. That visible line. That confirmation that all the invisible work suddenly became real.

That is exactly what happened with my content.

Week 1.
Silence.

Week 2.
Still nothing (Except the likes from mum and Fabio)

Week 3.
Still quiet, but I got my first qualified appointment. My likes did not increase, but something under the surface started shifting. (Often your ideal client won’t like or comment but they’re watching)

Week 4.
Still not much engagement but something felt different.

Week 5.
Boom. One of my posts went viral with more than 45k impressions and almost 400 comments.

That one post opened the door for me to become an official partner with Genesy.

And from that moment, I started generating 3 to 4 qualified appointments every week organically.

All of that from only 6 weeks of consistency.

Now I will be honest. Consistency opened the door, but experience created the results:

I built multiple businesses. I mastered funnel building. I positioned myself as the funnel expert I wanted to be known for. I used a proven sales process that scaled 7 figure businesses for my clients. 

Without these tools, the outcome would not have hit as fast.

Today is the last day of November and it feels like the universe has been preparing me for this moment all year.

Tomorrow I am announcing the next chapter of my work with expansions.ai. This is not just a new project for me. It is the direction I always wanted to take. The direction where my skills, my vision and my energy create the biggest impact.

A big part of this shift came thanks to the people who believed in me. Working with ColdIQ changed everything. Thank you to Alex for giving me the opportunity to contribute to the top GTM agency in Europe. And a special thank you to Michel for coaching me on personal branding and helping me step fully into my voice on LinkedIn.

Before all this I was already in the world of go to market without fully seeing it. My main coaching experience was identity shifting. That naturally connected to personal branding and then to business identity and business growth. I spent years helping clients shape their offer, build funnels, run paid ads, create content that attracts the right clients and master sales. At some point I looked at the entire flywheel and realised it was the full go to market machine. I had been building it for years.

Life pushed me toward this path in unexpected ways. Early last year Facebook blocked me when my posts were going viral with more than one thousand six hundred comments. So I moved to Instagram. Same story. Viral content with more than two hundred fifty thousand views. Then Instagram began limiting my access too. At the time it felt frustrating, but now I see it clearly. The universe was redirecting me toward LinkedIn. The place where the companies I truly want to work with actually live. And after one month of consistency my first post went viral two weeks ago. Growing on social media is a science. When you know the structure it works every time.

Since stepping fully into LinkedIn everything has moved fast. Working closely with ColdIQ and Genesis confirmed something important. When I bring identity, positioning, AI strategy and scalable systems to companies already in motion, the impact is multiplied.

This is the path I am choosing.

	3.	Catch intent. Who viewed, clicked, commented, visited your site?
	4.	Send to Clay. Keep all contacts in one smart sheet.  
	5.	AI score. Fit + timing (job changes, hiring, tech stack, etc.).  
	6.	Enrich. Add emails/socials so you can reach them.  
	7.	Personal outreach. Short, specific, human.
	8.	Move fast. Call/DM in 5 minutes, teams that do this get 21x more qualified calls and 391% more conversions.

In the last 7 years, I’ve tested every funnel in the book—webinars, upsells, downsells, memberships, subscriptions, you name it.

If a guru named it, I tested it.

Then 2018 happened. I cornered Russell Brunson at a ClickFunnels event and asked for feedback. 

He smiled and said, “Stop building 10 funnels for 10 offers. Build ONE. Scale it. Dominate. Then build the next one.” 

My brain short-circuited. I was juggling agency DFY, coaching DWY, and a DIY course, each with a different funnel. I was “busy.” I wasn’t winning

So I made the shift. I ditched everything else and committed fully to 1 VSL funnel. When we hit a 15% closing rate, everything accelerated. 

We could scale predictably. We could dominate.

Then thanks to one thing,  in 2020, I won my first 2 Comma Club award for generating more than a million dollars with one funnel.

We applied the same principle at ColdIQ.

Instead of spreading ourselves across multiple offers, we zeroed in on one core offer.  Not an Inbound offer..or an Outbound Offer..But a ALL bound, creating a flywheel where Inbound organic marketing, Paid Ads and AI Outbound frameworks work together.

Now we’re targeting $20 million in 2026.

But one main funnel doesn’t mean you abandon everything else.

I still run a webinar funnel (quarterly, live) to connect with the audience and a squeeze funnel (to move social engagement into email).

Here’s the key: VSL remains the engine. Everything else feeds into it.

Until your audience is on your email list, they’re not truly yours. Social followers are fleeting. But committed subscribers? That’s your real asset.

I've run 550+ B2B Client Sprint sessions building inbound & outbound funnels generating €19M for my clients.

After these calls I've found that the ones that get the fastest results after posting have an 'Edge'.

Edge = Specific + Different + Safe

In this post I'll give you the framework to build one.

1. Get Specific (PPP Framework)

Person: 

Who exactly are you selling to? -> Job title, business type, revenue stage, location

Pain: 

What do they say when describing their current state? -> Not what you think their problem is. What they think it is. -> List 5-10 specific, present pains

Problem: 

What's actually causing those pains? -> Map 1 problem to multiple pains -> Find the 1:1 match with what you solve

2. Look Different

You have hundreds of competitors making similar claims.

Do this:

 -> Screenshot competitor profiles, websites, and top posts 
-> Identify what pains they address and how they communicate it 
-> Map against your PPP framework 
-> Find the ignored pains and problems

If everything's covered, look at HOW you solve the problem. There's always a unique mechanism hiding in your process.

3. Feel Safe

High-value clients won't buy if they don't feel safe.

The fix: 

Competency Statements.

Facts that prove you can deliver: 

-> "We've worked with 200+ LinkedIn accounts" 
-> "I've booked 4000 appointments for clients” 
-> "We've generated $5m+ for clients"

Pepper these throughout your content, sales process, and landing pages.

Bottom line:

Specific = you solve their exact problem 
Different = you stand out from the noise 
Safe = they trust you can deliver

Hanno dato il loro playbook esatto al Country Manager per l’Italia, Giorgio Siciliano.

Lui lo ha copiato parola per parola in Italia.
Il risultato?

L’Italia ora fa il 35% del loro fatturato totale.

Traduzione: questo sistema funziona davvero. Non è fortuna. È ripetibile.

Grazie a Kai Brandt e Giorgio, sono riuscito a mettere le mani sul loro playbook interno, gli esatti 5 step che usano per trasformare contatti freddi in clienti paganti in Genesy.

Ecco il workflow in 5 step dietro la loro crescita:

STEP 1: Trova persone che vogliono davvero comprare

Trovano aziende pronte a comprare proprio ora osservando segnali come:
• Hanno appena ricevuto un finanziamento (hanno budget da spendere)
• Hanno cambiato il setup tecnologico (sono aperte a nuovi strumenti)
• Hanno pubblicato offerte di lavoro che corrispondono a ciò che vendi (hanno bisogno della tua soluzione)
Usano l’AI per controllare oltre 30 fonti dati e verificare che ogni email sia reale.
Il risultato? 95 email su 100 arrivano a una persona vera.
Niente spam. Nessuno sforzo sprecato.

STEP 2: Outreach multicanale

Non solo email. Una sequenza su 3 canali:
• Giorno 1: 3 chiamate a freddo + email
• Giorno 2: 3 chiamate a freddo
• Giorno 3: follow up via email
• Giorno 5: outreach su LinkedIn + 2 chiamate a freddo
• Giorno 10: follow up su LinkedIn + 2 chiamate a freddo
• Giorno 12: chiusura come perso
7 punti di contatto in 12 giorni = 3 volte il tasso di risposta.

STEP 3: Non perdere mai di vista nessuno

Ogni Meeting Setter monitora 200 o 300 aziende ogni mese.
Organizzano ogni azienda in base a:
• Quando fare il prossimo follow up
• Quanto sono interessati (Hot, Warm, Cold, o Dead)
Nessuno si perde per strada.

STEP 4: Impostare meeting di vendita

Due team lavorano insieme:
• I  Setter trovano persone interessate e fissano le call
• I Closer gestiscono i meeting e chiudono la vendita

Prima di ogni meeting, il Closer riceve:
• Un report breve: che problema hanno? possono permetterselo? quando vogliono comprare?
• Una email di promemoria
• Una chiamata di conferma
La matematica: per ogni 1 Closer servono 3 Meeting Setter. Così ottieni 12 o 15 meeting al mese per ogni Closer.

STEP 5: Tracciare ogni vendita

Interessato → Qualificato → Meeting fissato → Meeting svolto → Offerta inviata → Vinto o Perso
Per ogni trattativa, traccia:
• Qual è il prossimo step?
• Quanto è probabile chiudere?
Tutti vedono cosa succede. Nessun segreto.

STEP 6: Tenere tutto pulito e misurato

Controlla questi numeri ogni settimana:
• Vendite future: cosa sta arrivando?
Cosa funziona? Fanne di più.
Cosa è rotto? Sistemalo.

IL RISULTATO:

Genesy è cresciuta da zero a 3M annuali usando esattamente questo piano.
Niente trucchi. Niente scorciatoie.

Solo un piano chiaro + fare il lavoro ogni giorno.
