After owning and operating the #1 Home Care Agency in North America for close to a decade, I am now passionate about helping other agencies level up and achieve success like I did. 

It didn't happen overnight, but by implementing new processes, setting boundaries, and investing in MYSELF, I was able to take our home care business from disarray to increasing revenue 300% year over year.

My true strength lies in deeply understanding you and your organization, determining who you are against your competition, and teaching you how to leverage that. I'm excited to share steps that allowed us to take back control of my life and set her agency up for success while helping you do so every step of the way.

Outside of the home care world, I bring over 15 years of marketing and operations experience to help home care agencies provide high-quality, personalized, and compassionate care for their clients while growing their businesses at a sustainable rate but also maintaining work/life balance.

My passion for high-quality Home Care comes from watching my own ‘Papa’ go through a tragic end-of-life experience due to a lack of communication and neglect from his care in a nursing home. I was fed up with the lack of care and compassion I witnessed my grandfather receive when ALL elderly deserve so much more. At that point, I knew we needed to pursue this in order to make real change in home care organizations.

After scaling For Papa’s Sake Home Care to become the number one rated agency in North America by Home Care Pulse, I knew there was more work to be done. I wanted to help more people in the same situation and give more agencies the help they needed to provide high-quality care for their clients. By creating a positive culture where each employee feels valued, we can all win together and make this industry better for our elderly population.

These dinners started because I was tired of surface-level networking. The "what do you do" small talk that never gets to the real stuff. The stuff that keeps you up at night. The wins you don't post about. The hard seasons nobody sees.

-This industry is lonely. 
-You're carrying a lot. 
-And sometimes you just need to be in a room with people who actually get it.

We're about halfway full and intentionally keeping it small. This isn't for everyone, and that's the point. It's a carefully curated group of owners who are building something meaningful and want to be around others doing the same.
