Designed, implemented and facilitated a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan and annual marketing budget. Designed, purchased and distributed all promotional merchandise to increase brand awareness. Planned and held corporate events (up to 100+ attendees), year around to promote and engage in strong relationships with accounts. Also, held team building event such as anniversary/holiday parties.  Increased online presence through redesigning website, content creation and analytics of social media platforms and increased Google, Facebook, Indeed and Yelp reviews. Thorough understanding of the federal, state and local laws, CMS and The Joint Commission guidelines governing the operation of home health agencies, especially as it relates to beneficiary qualifications and compliance. Also assumed responsibilities for the agency's human resource functions including employee recruitment, retention, development, performance management, benefits administration and policy development. Identified, established and maintained positive relationships with key community and strategic partners to ensure ongoing referrals such as hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, clinics, ALF/ILF, SNF, non-medical agencies, etc. Served as a liaison between hospitals and facility discharge planners by visiting patients, as requested, to ensure a smooth transition to the patient’s home as well as following up with transferred patients to ensure high retention rates.
