Creative has always been a game-changer in e-commerce, but some people have only recently realized it.

I turn founders into impactful writers so they can attract ideal clients.

In 2016, I joined the Slovenian Armed Forces and started training to become a military pilot.

After 3 years, I decided to walk away from what was supposed to be my dream job and start from scratch.

From 2019 to 2022, I worked in performance marketing, helping 20+ brands scale through paid ads and marketing strategy. 

For the past 2 years, I’ve been working behind the scenes as a ghostwriter, helping founders create LinkedIn content that reflects their expertise and positions them as authorities.

Outside of work, I’m into endurance sports. 7× Half Ironmans (and counting). It’s been a big part of my life, and it shaped how I approach everything.

I've learned that if you want 'freedom' in your work, you need to have a high level of agency. 

I’ve been working in the marketing & content space for the last 6 years, and it fits nicely with how I like to work.

But you need to take ownership.

You need to take initiative and solve problems as they come without expecting someone else to tell you every little detail of what to do and when. 

You need to take accountability and get things done. This is how you build trust with people you work with.

You make decisions, you make mistakes, you correct them, you own everything from bad to good.

Once you understand that, you start to experience true autonomy in your work. And if your work is some sort of creative type, you need freedom. Creativity needs freedom with constraints (you set those by yourself).

If you wait for someone else to solve your problems, you'll never have a sense of freedom and you'll always need to do exactly what someone else is telling you to do.

Creating content for multiple people is hard.

But it gets easier once you think systematically.

For me, that means extracting the max out of every insight and this is exactly how I create for clients.

I don’t like to use an idea once and throw it away, instead, I squeeze everything out of it.

One strong concept can be:

- Reframed from a new angle
- Turned into a different framework
- Repurposed into a graphic or visual
- Broken down into multiple micro-ideas

Over time, you end up with a few core ideas that you repeat in different ways again and again.

This makes the work easier, more structured, and more predictable, which are the things I like the most.

Repetition creates a certain perception in people's minds.

I like to structure my days in this order:

1. Creative mode first
2. Reactive mode second
3. Switch off third

You need time to think before the world starts asking for your attention (before Slack, notifications, and everyone else pull your brain into 15 directions).

That’s why I protect the first part of the day like nothing else. It's the window where you create without any noise, where you think/ideate and where your brain isn’t contaminated yet.

After that, I move through the reactive stuff.

If you flip the order and start your day reacting before creating, you’ll stay busy and feel behind (drained).
