The 2025 State of GTM Report is out - and here's what stands out to me 👇
 
1/ AI adoption is here and mainstream, but for the majority, it means "using ChatGPT". It's hard to stand out and justify a price tag as a specialized tool.

2/ People crave experiences. For large deals in bigger organizations, both huge conferences and intimate events are the best GTM channels. This is where you build relationships and foster engagement with your brand.

3/ Most of the companies still rely on content creation to get leads. This is also why founders are eager to stand out with their personal brands.

4/ PLG used to be the holy grail, but it works best for ACV up to $5k - then it hits a ceiling.

5/ SEO is hot again, rebranded as AIO, AEO, GEO... Let's agree on one name, please!
 
And some obvious findings:
→ Paid ads are over-saturated.
→ Everyone is still trying to figure out Reddit.
→ Hot tools that almost everyone wants to try are Clay and Lovable.
→ AI SDRs are bullshit.
→ In the end, no one really knows what to do with podcasts.
→ TikTok might become a thing in B2B in a few years.

This should become an annual thing, so it will be especially interesting to observe the trends.
