Key Achievements to date: 
•Overhauled and launched an innovated AC Meeting & Conventions Product to our customer base in Q1 2022.   Introduced 3 enhancements to the Meetings & Convention online technology platform in Q1,2022 and 4 commercial product changes with ongoing focus on business development.
•Built a Meetings & Conventions remote strategic team that continues to perform product and market research focusing on set goals and the needs of the targeted customers. The team continues expanding Meetings & Convention business traffic internationally, now currently worth 35 million and expected to increase by 25% in 2022.

•Led the implementation of AC's B2B Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) from  vision, business plan development to post implementation
•Spearheaded the re engineering of processes in the Global Sales branch and enhanced Salesforce operational efficiency through new technology products that complimented Salesforce to increase customer adoption.
•Directed the creation of new sales contract products and long-term business development strategies focused on increasing profitability and ensuring customer loyalty. 
•Delivered training and mentoring of best Salesforce practices to sales, operations, and customers with an eye toward shortened sales cycles and improved customer experience.
