Over four years, I helped expand our family business by partnering with a UK company to launch Crown Rice across Europe, building a strong social media presence, and executing targeted ad campaigns. I also drove growth through strategic market research, exploring new markets via international trade fairs, B2B portals, and digital campaigns, while managing export logistics and developing competitive pricing strategies. The efforts led to a 700% year-over-year revenue growth, positioning the business for continued success.
