I've successfully worked as a consultant for most of my career, often as a strategic partner on the owner's team. This perspective is very helpful during project development because understanding the desired outcomes of all the stakeholders allow the elements for success to be incorporated at the start of the project.

I enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with industrial processes and helping businesses find unique ways to get more value out of the resources they have on hand.  For me this means developing concepts, finding suitable technology to apply and driving projects through to working results.
 
Much of my success has come from building strong teams, surrounding myself with people that complement my strengths and bring different perspectives.  

My passion is to find ways to develop and implement practical projects that will have a meaningful positive impact on the tremendous challenges facing our global community.
