Après avoir rencontré des leaders ambitieux et inspirants en organisant des conférences TEDx pendant 2 ans, la jeune fille peu sûre d’elle que j’étais s'est transformée. J’ai arrêté de douter de moi en permanence et de me poser 10 000 questions.

Victor, c’est le gars qui est toujours là pour moi. Aujourd’hui, j’ai envie d’être là pour lui. 

Il m’a soutenue dans mon burn-out, pour quitter mon CDI, pour lancer mon offre. 

Il m’a coachée pendant mon arrêt maladie pour définir ma vision, ma semaine idéale, mes non négociables. 

Il m’a vu dans mes premières conf à 30 personnes, puis dans celles à 700 personnes. 

C’est lui qui m’a donné l’idée de l’Académie des Speakers et le soutien au quotidien pour ne jamais me sentir seule dans cette aventure entrepreneuriale. 


Je ne sais pas si j’aurais eu la force d’aller de l’avant si vite après mon burn-out sans lui et ses “Comment tu vas aujourd’hui ?”

Bref, Victor c’est un peu le copilote dont chaque entrepreneur a besoin pour mener à bien ses projets en restant aligné à qui il est.

« Je ne veux pas me faire diagnostiquer du TDAH car je veux pas me coller une étiquette »


J’entends ça tout le temps 

Sauf que le diagnostic n’est pas qu’une étiquette. C’est une libération.

Tu ne te définis plus par « ton manque de motivation »,
par « ta dispersion »,
par « ton inconstance »,
par « ton incapacité à finir ce que tu commences ».

Parce que tu découvres que tout ça…
C’était de la neurodivergence.


Un diagnostic, c’est juste une clé de lecture.

Et quand tu comprends ton fonctionnement, tu arrêtes de lutter contre toi-même.

Tu arrêtes de t’humilier intérieurement.

Tu arrêtes de croire que tu devrais « faire comme tout le monde ».

Ça fait du bien de comprendre ses “bizarreries”.
De mettre des mots sur ce qui semblait inexplicable.
De trouver des stratégies adaptées plutôt que de s’en vouloir.


Tu comprends pourquoi tu es comme tu es.

Et, ça change la vie.
