As a B2B Growth Automation Consultant at We Are Doers, I play a crucial role in driving revenue and scaling sales operations for Blockchain and AI startups across Latin America. I am responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, identifying and capturing sales opportunities, and implementing effective growth processes. I excel at identifying and leveraging inbound and outbound prospecting channels to generate high-quality sales leads, converting them into opportunities and closed business.

Key Responsibilities:

-Developing and implementing effective B2B growth automation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
-Design and implement go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
-Collaborate closely with clients to determine their growth goals, ICP, messaging, and positioning.
-Measure and analyze SaaS funnel metrics, including CAC, LTV, payback period, and identifying areas for improvement.
-Manage the sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and setting and achieving monthly and quarterly SQL and pipeline targets.
