As one of the co-founders of CostaEsmeraldaGuests.com, I played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the platform into the leading vacation rental site in Costa Esmeralda. I built the website from scratch, ensuring it's super easy for everyone to use.

Our mission was to connect owners of the most exclusive houses on the Argentinean Coast with guests looking for premium vacations. And guess what? We nailed it. Costa Esmeralda Guests is now the go-to place for the best vacation rentals in the area.

I also made sure our website shows up first when you search for dream vacations in Costa Esmeralda. Plus, I managed paid ads on Google and Facebook to bring in qualified leads who were eager to engage with our exclusive service.

But it's not just about tech stuff. I also made sure the whole customer experience, from looking for a place to stay to actually staying there, is smooth and hassle-free. We wanted our guests to feel like kings and queens and our hosts to earn more money working with us.

In a nutshell, we started from scratch, worked hard, and now Costa Esmeralda Guests is THE place for both luxury house owners and guests looking for premium vacations. It's been quite a journey! 🚀

Puedes hablar 2 horas, reírte, conectar. Pero...

Si no te ve como la persona que lo va a llevar de A a B, de nada vale que te hayas hecho su BFF.

Si lo dudas déjame preguntarte...  ¿Por que no le pides a tu mejor amigo que escale tu negocio?

Fácil → Porque tu mejor amigo no sabe un carajo sobre escalar negocios.

¿Ves? A pesar de tener amistad y estar super conectados no confías en su expertise.

Así que antes de pasarte los primeros 20 minutos de tu llamada de ventas hablando sobre de donde son y que bonita es la vida, recuerda:

Tu cliente no esta buscando un amigo.

Esta buscando alguien con expertise que lo guie.

Olvídate de caer bien y enfócate en:

→  Enseñarle algo que no sabe.
→  Señalar errores que podría evitar.
→  Mostrarle los caminos que podría tomar.

Caer bien es un bono, no una estrategia de ventas.

Cuando alguien confía en tu expertise es cuando estas en posición de cerrar una venta.

Yo: Me refiero a personas que esten en la capacidad economica de comprarte, tengan un problema que los ayudes a soluicionar, y cumplan con los requisitos basicos para ser tus clientes.

"aahhhhh... Pues no muchos"

Yo: Entonces no tienes un problema de cierre, tienes un problema de filtro.

A veces vender no se trata de mejorar tu discurso.

Sino de mejorar a quién se lo dices.

Si la persona que tienes al frente es la correcta...
Mas chances tendrás de cerrar la venta.

¿Por qué tanta gente piensa que vender esta mal? 

Entiendo que si eres un coach o consultor puedes estar confundiendo vender con manipular y que por eso no quieras vender. 

PERO... miralo así: 

Vender es resolver un problema a cambio de dinero. 

Y no tiene NADA de malo cobrar lo que mereces por eso.

Yo soy de los que cree en el vender vendiendo: 

→ Haz las preguntas necesarias para entender el contexto del problema  (aún si estas pueden incomodar)

→ Se honesto mostrándo las consecuencias que tendrian de no resolver su problema. 

→ Y pide un precio justo para solucionar el problema que veas en frente. 

No tiene nada de malo vender.

Pero si no te gusta hacerlo, tal vez solo sea porque que aún no has encontrado una forma de hacerlo sin sentirte "sucio".
