As one of the co-founders of CostaEsmeraldaGuests.com, I played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the platform into the leading vacation rental site in Costa Esmeralda. I built the website from scratch, ensuring it's super easy for everyone to use.

Our mission was to connect owners of the most exclusive houses on the Argentinean Coast with guests looking for premium vacations. And guess what? We nailed it. Costa Esmeralda Guests is now the go-to place for the best vacation rentals in the area.

I also made sure our website shows up first when you search for dream vacations in Costa Esmeralda. Plus, I managed paid ads on Google and Facebook to bring in qualified leads who were eager to engage with our exclusive service.

But it's not just about tech stuff. I also made sure the whole customer experience, from looking for a place to stay to actually staying there, is smooth and hassle-free. We wanted our guests to feel like kings and queens and our hosts to earn more money working with us.

In a nutshell, we started from scratch, worked hard, and now Costa Esmeralda Guests is THE place for both luxury house owners and guests looking for premium vacations. It's been quite a journey! 🚀

Usa esta 3 reglas para que si contesten: 

Evita:
"Aquí solo checando"
"¿Cómo vas? ¿Ya revisaste..."

Estos no son buenos seguimientos. 
Incluso pueden molestar a la otra persona. 

Hay una mejor manera, usa estos 3 elementos:

1. Siempre ten una razón para contactarlos
2. Siempre agrega valor
3. Siempre hazlos sentir especiales

La meta con el seguimiento es hacer que respondan, no venderles en los primeros mensajes

Cada respuesta hace que confíen más en ti.
→ Que quieran tener un llamada contigo.
→ Y que empieces a cerrar más ventas.

Últimamente he usado este truco super simple para crear contenido en Linkedin sin complicarme: 

Aprovechar los comentarios.

Cada semana, dejo comentarios en las publicaciones de otros usuarios.

- Ideas
- Historias
- Opiniones breves
- Ó hasta memes.

Unos 3 o 5 al día.

Luego, cuando voy a crear mi contenido, reviso mis propias ideas.

Si destaca → se convierte en una publicación.
Si tiene buen enfoque → lo uso como gancho.

Básicamente estoy creando drafts cuando comento.

Y lo mejor es que la idea está validada porque Linkedin te lo dice.

Eso facilita un montón iniciar con el post.

Pruébalo: comenta con intención esta semana.

Luego, retoma esas ideas y conviértelas en contenido.

Funciona.

Hoy voy a dar un workshop sobre LinkedIn en una comunidad privada. Pero hay algo que NO tiene sentido:

Esta comunidad se especializa en ayudar a consultores y coaches a vender por Instagram.

Yup...

Una comunidad enfocada 100% en Instagram me pidió que hablara de LINKEDIN.

Salió en un café, en una platica con el de a lado y resultó que se dedica a algo parecido a lo mío pero en Instagram.

Su comunidad se lo estaba pidiendo.

¿La realidad?

Cada vez más profesionales están volteando a ver LinkedIn para hacer negocios.

Instagram está re saturado y te quieren sacar los ojos con los ADS todo el tiempo.

Linkedin en cambio, sigue siendo una mina de oro.

- Puedes hacer cold outreach
- Puedes hacer warm outreach
- Puedes usar mecanismos de conversión.

¿Donde máaaaas? En ningún lado

Solo le pongo un pero...

Esto no es muy popular de admitir porque muchos de ustedes odian que les vendan.

Pero voy pitchar mi servicio.

Si quieres conseguir MÁS llamadas de venta tienes que dominar la prospección. Para hacerlo yo uso la regla: 
"La Conexión Prestada".

La idea es sencilla pero funciona de p**a madre.

Prospecta a gente conectada con tus mejores clientes.

Te paso un caso de uso (ejemplo en la imagen):

En Sales Navigator filtro por "Conexiones de [mi mejor cliente]" + industria/rol.

Luego uso esta "conexión prestada" en mis mensajes.

Les digo: 

"Vi que estás conectado con {nombre}. Trabajamos juntos en X. Tengo un caso de uso de cómo la ayudamos a lograr Y."

Al hacer esto:

• Conexión social inmediata
• Prueba social implícita
• Caso de éxito ultra-relevante (mismo rol/industria)
  
Desde aquí todo se vuelve más fácil para conducirlos a la llamada de ventas.

Lo que vi HOY en Linkedin es el principio del fin.

Contexto:

Ya sabemos que la publicidad es la apuesta del 2025.

Pero ahora se desbloqueo un nuevo nivel.

Antes mientras scrolleabas salía 1 publicidad por cada 5.

Nada nuevo aquí.

El problema es que ahora te lo meten encima de lo que estés viendo en el feed.

Es decir.

1. Ves la publicación de tu creador de cabecera.
2. Desaparece y te ponen un anuncio tipo amazon.
3. Lo hacen en tu cara, ya no puedes ni leer agusto.

Y lo peor... se siente casi casi como un pop-up

- super invasivo
- y descarado 

Linkedin ya se está convirtiendo en Instagram.

Dios nos agarre confesados para este 2026.

¿A ti ya te pasó o estará en pruebas?

Hay 8 tipos de contenido que casi nadie usa.

Son los que más clientes generan:

1. Re- introducción → Quién eres y que haces 
2. Pitch en público → Haces ver una mejora
3. Anuncios → Oferta, servicio, negocio 
4. Prueba social → Testimonial directo
5. Caso de estudio (cliente) → Resultados tangibles
6. Transformación personal → Antes y después
7. Tus experimentos → Análisis, estudios, conclusiones
8. Prueba de competencia → Muestra trabajo terminado

Estos tipos de contenido no se harán virales

Pero..
Funcionan muy bien para conseguir leads.

Una forma que tengo para medirlo es revisar con que contenido inicio más conversaciones y anoto ese número en un excel.

Negocios que las usan conmigo.
Han visto buenos resultados también.

Y funcionan por que muestras:
Pruebas sociales, historias personales, capacidad de análisis y trabajo constante.

Agendé 15 calls de venta y cerré 5 clientes en 7 días. 

Así fue como lo hice:

Hace 2 semanas lance mi nueva offer con una campaña de lanzamiento.

7 días, 4 publicaciones, 3 toques y +150 contactos que incluían: 

- cerrados/perdidos anteriores
- fríos
- warm

Estos fueron mis números:

27 warm → 3 agendadas → 2 ganados
100 fríos → 4 agendadas → 0 ganados
11 Inbound → 3 agendadas → 3 ganados
22 cerrados/perdidos → 5 agendadas → 0 ganados

7 de esas 15 llamadas quedaron para Enero. 

Espero subir la cifra de ganados.

¿Tu ya has corrido una campaña similar?

Después de hablar con 5 dueños de negocios la semana pasada, me di cuenta de algo:

Todos se sostienen por referidos.

Habían probado de todo para vender:
Ads, prospección, embudos, SEO 

Pero las ventas no llegaban de forma consistente.

Estas fueron las 7 lecciones que aprendí con estas llamadas:

1. Referidos son un parche, no una estrategia.
Ojo... si funcionan, pero no son escalables.

2. Los ads jalan, pero cuestan mucho dinero.
Especialmente cuando tu mensaje no habla de los dolores y del beneficio que tienen al trabajar contigo.

3. Sin un posicionamiento claro, nada funciona.
Uno tenía 3 "tipos de clientes" y el mensaje no era claro, solo confundía a sus prospectos.

4. Marketing digital ≠ resultados inmediatos.
Necesitas sistemas, paciencia y optimización. 

5. Rara vez se priorizan problemas no urgentes.
Por eso la importancia de nutrir, educar y estar.
→ Cuando necesiten tu servicio, se acordarán de ti.

6. Diferenciarse ya no es opcional, es obligatorio.
Tu trabajo es mostrar cómo ofreces resultados a largo plazo.

7. Vender beneficios supera vender productos.
Tu cliente quiere saber cómo su vida o negocio será diferente contigo.

Si quieres crecer de forma constante.
Lo peor que puedes hacer es probar 1 táctica aquí y otra allá.

→ Lo que necesitas es implementar un sistema que de resultados y puedas seguir ejecutando de forma consistente.

De lo contrario, seguiras topándote con pared.

Llevo 1.5 años intentando cambiarme a RESICO

No he podido porque sigo como "socio" en una S.A. que me di de baja hace 5 años.

3 solicitudes. 3 rechazos:

- qué el INE no estaba vigente (estaba vigente)
- qué les falto un documento (si estaba)
- qué el trámite estaba mal llenado

¿Lo peor?

Tardan 4 meses en dar respuesta por cada resolución.
No importa si es error de ellos. 
Tienes que volver a esperar.

Te obligan a quedarte en el régimen que más impuestos pagas.

Y hazle como quieras. No eres el tío Richie.

Por eso.

No me queda de otra que conseguir leads y vender más.

Así puedo hacerle frente al SAT y a lo que venga.

Y si tu también quieres conseguir leads sin que el SAT te quite el sueño todos los meses.

¿Tu tienes alguna historia del terror con el SAT?

Llevo 12 años vendiendo y 18 meses emprendiendo (siempre usando Linkedin), déjenme pasarles una buena lección a quienes empiezan por aquí:

LinkedIn cambia.

- Formatos que la rompen y luego ya no jalan
- Estrategias que la gente ya no se compra
- Algoritmos que ni el dueño de Linkedin controla

Pero hay algo que no cambia:

Cómo se COMPORTAN las personas.

Cuando aprendes:

- cómo se comporta la gente
- qué hace que la gente actúe de cierta forma
- cómo usar eso a tu favor

Te vuelves resistente a cualquier "cambio".

Sí, el algoritmo puede afectar tu "alcance".

Pero no puede afectar tu impacto.

En los últimos 8 meses, he visto pasar esto (tanto a mí como a mis clientes):

- Generar 15-25 llamadas calificadas cada mes sin depender de referidos

- Pasar de $1,500 en el banco a 3+ clientes mensuales consistentes

- Agendar su primera llamada inbound después de meses publicando sin resultados

- Pasar de 0 a 2-5 llamadas calificadas por semana en 60 días

- Cerrar un cliente de $3,000 USD a los 21 días de arrancar prospección

Todo sin followers masivos.

Todo porque entienden cómo se comporta la gente.

Y cómo usar eso a su favor en LinkedIn AHORA MISMO.

Pero no puedo trabajar con todos.
