As the Inside Sales Manager at Force24, I had the important task of managing and growing a team of reps who were responsible for achieving both their personal and business targets. My role was critical in helping the company reach its goals, and I took this responsibility very seriously.

One of my main responsibilities was managing the Sales Enablement platform and CRM, which were essential tools for the entire sales team. These systems helped us track and manage our sales activities and helped us stay organized and efficient.

I was also responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enabled both the Inside Sales and BDM teams to execute their jobs more effectively. This involved setting priorities and strategic goals, so that everyone on the sales team was working toward the same objectives.

As the leader of the Inside Sales team, I was committed to coaching and motivating my reps to achieve their best. I held regular team meetings to provide guidance and support, and I worked closely with each individual rep to help them reach their full potential.

In Q2 2022, all of the reps who were reporting to me achieved 100%+ of their target, which was a major accomplishment for the team. I was proud of their hard work and dedication, and I knew that our success was a result of our team's collective efforts. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience to lead the Inside Sales team at Force24 and help them achieve such great results.

As a young business student, I was always looking for opportunities to gain real-world experience and develop my skills. So when I got the opportunity to work with a senior figure in the US gambling and eSports industry in Las Vegas, I jumped at the chance.

During my time in Las Vegas, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that helped me develop my business skills. I was responsible for organizing and evaluating business plans for businesses seeking investments, and I also compiled synopsis' of these businesses to send to potential investors.

In addition to learning about the US gaming, gambling, and eSports industry, I also had the chance to develop my skills in networking, multitasking, time management, task prioritization, diary management, report compilation, and written and verbal communication. It was a busy and challenging experience, but I was able to learn so much and grow as a professional.

Overall, my work experience and internship in Las Vegas was an invaluable opportunity for me to gain practical experience and develop my skills in the business world. I am grateful for the chance to have worked with such a knowledgeable and experienced mentor, and I will always remember my time in Las Vegas as a key moment in my professional journey.

Managed to create persistent communication channels to align employees across different teams and departments within the organisation, quarterly surveys showed an increased alignment of employees to the organisations goals and objectives.  


Trained over a 1000 members of the organisation on agile practices with a bespoke designed one day course applicable to anyone in the organisation. 


Upskilled new Scrum Masters to adapt right methods within teams, coaching them to find right solutions for different situations. 


Facilitated OKR workshops - to direct employees rather than micromanaging them. 

Supported the implementation to redesign how the bank approached and ran its operation for detection and reporting of market abuse, with an 80% improvement in detection across the alerting criteria.

Vocalink, a Mastercard company

Supported 5 geographically dispersed teams building the payment infrastructure for the north american clearing house, redesigning the teams workflow I worked with, from the intake process through to execution improving throughput and client satisfaction. 


Helped the organisation meet its goals to  reduce waste by improving hand offs through the visualisation of work, active delivery management of the throughput of work, improving collaboration with product managers and stakeholders, resulting in improved delivery quality and velocity. 

Created  a culture of data driven decision making through the gathering of empirical data, focused on delivery flow and existing failure demand, that helped the teams to focus on the things which really mattered.

Schroders is one of the worlds leading asset management firm, I had joined during a period when the digital transformation had just started. 
My role was to help invigorate the agile coaching function with Schroders supporting the head coaches with facilitation workshops and hiring processes.
