I directed financial strategy and administration for the business. I built comprehensive back office infrastructure from the ground up, including a general ledger system, financial processes, and financial models. Additionally, I defined cash management and capital budgeting procedures to evaluate trade-offs and optimize the balance sheet, making the business more appealing to investors and enhancing the operating capabilities for stakeholders.

Stoa's innovative property technology platform aimed to revolutionize real estate investment, enabling fix-and-flip investors to rapidly scale while uplifting communities by providing quality housing.

I created and implemented the company’s foundational structure to support strategic objectives. A critical aspect of my role was defining what "winning" looked like in measurable outcomes—setting clear goals and milestones to guide our efforts.

I spearheaded the development and execution of an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and data strategy to enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities, setting us apart in the market. This framework served as the backbone for our expansion, enabling us to expand markets and grow investor partnerships. 

Efficiency was a priority, and I steered initiatives to optimize our operations—including repricing and enforcing sales funnel SLAs. I also implemented automation solutions, enhancing workflow efficiency and accelerating decision-making. These efforts streamlined our processes and improved overall performance.

Integrate enables B2B marketers to reach their ideal customers by connecting marketing channels, lead data, and innovative technology. The business was acquired by Audax Private Equity in December 2021 for a 9-figure sum.

I was initially tasked with leading an existing team and later entrusted with building a new team from the ground up. The team owned the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, KPI development, and monthly Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) reporting to executive management and the Board of Directors. Managing several due diligence processes, I helped secure substantial growth capital, orchestrate multimillion-dollar acquisitions, and close a private equity sale.

My approach was to bring together the right individuals, at the right time, to engage in the right discussions. I emphasized strategic alignment, ensuring that those with the potential to make a significant impact were part of the dialogue. This approach encouraged a culture of idea generation and constructive pushback, amplifying strategic and financial voices within the company to drive the business forward.

I played a pivotal role in transformative initiatives including constructing an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and a comprehensive data strategy.

I built the "How Does Integrate Make Money" component in the new hire orientation process to enhance their understanding of Integrate's key metrics. Every team member needed to understand how their role contributed to the company’s success.

IO Data Centers was a leading colocation state-of-the-art data center services provider, with clients in the aerospace, blue chip financial services, federal government, and technology sectors. The U.S. operations were acquired by Iron Mountain in December 2017 for $1.3B, the U.K. operations were acquired by Equinix in January 2017, and the APAC operations were acquired by Princeton Digital in September 2019.

In my role, I partnered with the Enterprise Architecture team to construct a robust Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This transformation significantly reduced data retrieval times, from days to seconds, enabling our organization to harness data-driven insights from various curated sources.

My ability to tell impactful stories leveraging the EDW made me the partner of choice for shaping our company’s image and future. I excelled at conveying our growth narrative to investors, investment bankers, and external consultants during multiple due diligence processes, ultimately leading to the successful sale of the company.

My role in the Consumer Electronics (CE) division extended beyond traditional financial analysis—informing the business about the viability of deals and opportunities to grow vendor relationships to expand gross margin. The CE division produced $100mm+ in annual revenue with approximately 80 employees.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the Swift terminal network includes over thirty full-service facilities in the United States and Mexico. The company merged with Knight Transportation in 2017, creating one of the largest trucking companies in the world.

I held a financial analyst position within the Business Analysis & Planning group where I discovered my interest in the relationship between strategy and data, particularly as it related to financial statements and reporting.

that tactical execution will always lead to incremental value-add.

My career has been marked by a bias for action, an ability to execute at a fast pace, and an operational
and financial fact-based approach. With a deep understanding of private equity dynamics, I have the
data analytics skills and strategic mindset to drive informed decision-making across an organization.
