Provide strategic digital counsel and develop holistic, data-driven social media and influencer marketing strategies and campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels. Currently, social media lead for our Allstate client (previously McDonald’s), as well as providing senior strategic counsel on our General Mills business. 

I’m a core member of Golin’s Senior Digital Leadership Team. I challenge our digital practice to develop innovative, social-led creative and PR strategies that tap into culture, earn attention, and create consumer engagement. In addition, I manage and mentor emerging agency leaders and have a passion for discovering and developing talent.

Spearheaded social strategy for McDonald's National Egg McMuffin Day campaign. The campaign results included a 118% lift in downloads of the McDonald's Mobile App in four days and a total of 436,000 deal redemptions for an Egg McMuffin breakfast sandwich on March 2, 2020.

Directed and implemented the social media strategy for ‘The Sauce’ podcast, which surpassed 100,000 downloads, broke the Top 100 on Apple's Podcast chart, and was featured in Apple's New & Noteworthy section.

Oversaw the strategy and execution of Golin’s first influencer campaign with Allstate client in Q4 2021, resulting in 37% higher engagements, 114% higher video views, and 29% higher positive, on-topic comments compared to KPIs.

Oversaw the development and execution of the influencer strategy supporting the 2023 launch of the Dyson Zone, resulting in more than 3.1M total views and 200.5K engagements, as well as a 25% positive comment sentiment, with 13% of comments denoting interest in purchasing the product.

Managed the social and consumer engagement strategies for some of the most well-known food, beverage, and CPG brands, including McDonald's, Unilever (Klondike, Fruttare, Magnum Ice Cream, Breyers, Popsicle, Lipton, SlimFast), and PepsiCo.

Provided strategic social media counsel for developing on-target, holistic social media programs across a variety of earned, owned, and paid platforms, as well as consumer and influencer engagement and content development oversight. 

Created the social engagement strategy for the launch of All Day Breakfast at McDonald's. I worked directly with Twitter to hack itself to find every single user who tweeted about McDonald’s serving breakfast all day - going back to 2006. Our goal was to reply to as many of those tweets as possible for the launch. We discovered more than 300K total tweets and we ended up being able to provide a custom reply to more than 20k people with 4K of those replies coming on launch day.

Developed the social media strategy for the launch of Magnum Ice Cream in the U.S., which won Best Use of Social Media/ Digital at the 2012 PRWeek Awards.

Served as the strategic social media lead for 5 brands in the Unilever Ice Cream portfolio.

Launched social media platforms for Magnum Ice Cream, Breyers, Popsicle, and Fruttare fruit bars. 

Developed and provided oversight on the implementation of the strategy and direction for content and channel strategy, copywriting, and community management/engagement for each brand. 

Led strategy and execution for Unilever ice cream’s first-ever influencer campaign for the launch of Fruttare fruit bars.

Launched the Twitter and Facebook account for Klondike bar. 

Served as the social media manager for Klondike bar, where I created content and channel strategy, as well as drafted copy for all Facebook and Twitter posts.

This is good social media. 


Here’s why:
