But here’s the truth:

↳ It's not people-pleasing.

𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

Make sure your purpose is something greater than you 

in service of something that's bigger than you, 

something worth fighting for:

Your team 
Your family
Your company 
You employees

This will destroy distraction and help you get it done.

- Mastery over perfection
- Create more > Consume less
- Have a purpose bigger than yourself
