👛 I put together my first deal with a group of friends in 2019, a 28-unit in Houston, TX.

We put our second deal together, a 12-unit, in Austell, GA.

Our 3rd, a 56-unit in Atlanta, GA, followed by a 96-unit in Augusta, GA.

Our 5th deal, our largest, a 278-unit in Shaker Heights OH came together during COVID, our most difficult to pull off, but had so much untapped potential.

🏧 We exited three deals of our deals and achieved the following returns for our investors;
