My Real Estate Background and Record

🏦 Sometime in 2017 thanks to a desire to create passive income, I discovered multifamily real estate investing and fell in love.

👛 I put together my first deal with a group of friends in 2019, a 28-unit in Houston, TX.

We put our second deal together, a 12-unit, in Austell, GA.

Our 3rd, a 56-unit in Atlanta, GA, followed by a 96-unit in Augusta, GA.

Our 5th deal, our largest, a 278-unit in Shaker Heights OH came together during COVID, our most difficult to pull off, but had so much untapped potential.

I am extremely fortunate to have worked for incredible companies throughout the course of my career including my current employer, Palo Alto Networks. MY AREAS OF INTEREST:
➡️ 	Real Estate Investing: I believe if done with the right team, real estate investing can be a superior investment tool over the stock market with no more of a time investment. I enjoy sharing my passive real estate investing journey with others to educate them on opportunities to also invest in real estate passively.

➡️ 	Discussing the Definition of Success: Each individual has their own definition of success. I enjoy getting to know my peer’s definition and determining if I can help them with their journey in any capacity. John Maxwell’s response has always stuck with me: “Success means having those closest to me love and respect me the most.”

➡️ 	Creating New Healthy Habits: True transformation happens in our daily habits vs our intentions. The habits you create today will determine who you become tomorrow. I like hearing from others on the habits they create to achieve their goals. What works for me is time blocking, having a daily journal, and joining the 5am wakeup call club.    

➡️	Living Life to the Fullest:  I am not only looking to make a massive impact in my career & real estate investing journey but also in my Faith, Family, Fitness, & Friends.
