Here is a sample breakdown of two projects we have handled:

1:

The client is in the life science industry. We built a software development team from scratch. The software solution helped the company to run and document clinical trials. We acted as an outsourcing partner.

The company was later acquired by Medidata. And later, Medidata was acquired by Dassault Systeme. The team continued to operate and grow to 15-17 developers, testers, DevOps engineers. This partnership lasted for 6 years.

2:

Built a development outsourced team to work on one of the first file-sharing and collaboration platforms in 2005 (like Dropbox or Google Drive). The solution was focused on enterprise customers. They used it for file sharing and backup. It was scaled to 170.000 paying customers. The company was later sold to Autotask and later to Datto.

As an outsourcing partner, we scaled the team to 15-20 developers and testers. Responsible for the application development, testing, hiring developers, and managing day-to-day operations of the development team. We constantly communicate with partners in Denmark and the US. This partnership is still ongoing since its inception in 2005.

Launched a new product offering for C2FO on-schedule alongside my team, developing rapidly and establishing more robust software development team processes. Additionally, communicated with other teams within the product to establish timelines and collaborate over customer product experience.

1 year working with Java and Spring Boot to create a pub/sub listener with IBM MQ. 1.5 years of experience working on an open API, enabling API consumers to access healthcare data related primarily to finances. I also managed consumer-facing documentation as new functionality is released on https://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/r4/.

Taught students in non-technical majors basic coding principles in Java and Python over two semesters.

Developed 9 new software interfaces in Java Spring Boot to work with COBOL infrastructure during a 10-week period, testing all implementations to ensure product quality with a minimum of 3 tests per assignment.  Communicated with non-technical team members to learn requirements and presented each design to coworkers and technical lead for review.
