This required a knowledge of Salesforce fields, field types, workflows, and system hierarchy. I also controlled the internal employee UX/UI experience for multiple platforms. Communication was important because of the high level of cross-collaboration, mostly with internal developers. I had to have a clear understanding of other departments throughout the business that would be affected by any system changes we implemented via the AGILE / SCRUM methodologies, anticipate other department and role needs and adjust my business plans accordingly. I also managed content creation for emails, blogs, and co-branded content within the partner channels for Booker, Frederick, and eventually, MindBody’s partner channel. I managed all partner channels from the recruiting of new partners, onboarding and training of partners including curriculum creation, delivering the training, and creation of companywide SOP’s (standard operating procedures) to ensure internal associates also had an ongoing education of the partner channel.
