PROPOSALS AND BRANDING..
▪ Ensure that the Company brand created is maintained by all team members and staff, in general, all times.
▪ Ensure full compliance of the Company’s requirements in preparation of bid proposals
▪ Ensure full compliance with Enterprise Management System (EMS)
▪ Ensure that all Responsibility Matrix meet for proposals requirement
▪ Coordinates flow of proposal input from subcontractors as needed. Reviewing and editing all proposal content from subcontractors
▪ Follows up with members of the proposal and technical teams on the status of all proposal elements and expedites action as required.
▪ Attend pre-tender meetings as an important input to the packaging of tenders when necessary
▪ Liaise with all supporting department for proposal input as at when due
▪ Liaise with regional proposal group for support.
▪ Supervise bid proposal preparation to ensure its completeness and professional
▪ Supervise all administrative duties in the unit, such as travel, assist corporate gift, Exhibition, etc.
▪ Supervise proposal monthly report /BD prospect spreadsheet
▪ Follow up inter-department input such as Insurance Certificate, Bid Bonds, Letter of Credit, Quality Manual and Plan, HSE manual and Plan etc.
▪ Assist BD in liaising with Government agencies for the acquisition of all necessary approval licenses and permit such
▪ Support Business development activities
Establish and maintain a bid Go-bye Library for all proposal materials
▪ Work with the proposal manager on the assigned proposal
▪ Read and understand all requirements of the clients as indicated in the Invitation to Tender
▪ Coordinate the proposal activity with other support units in the office –  logistics.
▪ Responsible for proposal graphics and the outlook for all proposals, PQ, Technical and Commercials
▪ Responsible for the completion and distribution of Proposal Responsibility Matrix to required action party
▪ Responsible for the coordination of the Proposal Review Meeting.

As a little kid, my dream was to become an Army, I joined man o war at 7 years old a preparatory training for young children, and at that time it was a military regime in Nigeria.

I was so determined to follow my dream to the end, how vibrant and unbeatable I was. I could take any challenge to the ground. 

I have the desire to serve my country and Africa Continent, My dream was defeated to the ground because the crucial foundation for a dream was not there; Strength, Dedication, Hard work, Disciplines, Experience and practice 

These same words that beat my dreams to the ground became my values.

In August 2010, I regain focus and a clear vision of my purpose.

I started helping Youth to develop capacity in leadership, career coaching, and land life purpose. 

I have coached thousands of youths, I teach people why strong dreams can fail.

Every strong dream needs a solid foundation on which it is built. 

My passion and willingness to help people achieve their purpose led me to establish Internsify Africa and TalentWox

We have opportunities for high school students, undergraduates, graduates and career transitions, to achieve their career dream.
