Every week since December 16,2022 I led a team of creatives that developed and started the first ever Nigerian Pidgin Audio Event  Focused on Personal, Career and Business Development. 


Here are what the Project Development duties I did: 

1: Network and get the guests for the program. 

2: Schedule and Arrange the duties of each team, while encouraging them to keep at this program. 

3: Creating the event  fliers, videos and questions for guests. 

4 : Hosting the event live on LinkedIn to ensure the guest brings out the main points and then adequate audience engagement techniques. 

5: Discussing with our collaborators and sponsors too. 


Interestingly, in 8 months our average listening audience grew from 4 to 40.

And we get lots of positive feedback.
