As a high-achieving professional, the co-owner and Managing Director of a fast-growing start-up, I constantly battled high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism and the need to please others. It wasn’t until I faced my breaking point with the death of my mother that I realised the profound impact these had on my life and career.

This challenging journey taught me that I had the strength to rise above, heal, and thrive. This transformation ignited my passion to guide other women through their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.

Managed Internal System Services (SLA and contract-based) and program and project management of Microserve's internal IT project initiatives, including all communications, meetings, change and resource management, incident, and service requests based on resources and schedules.

Project manager experienced in IT Infrastructure Refresh and Transition projects, scope and change management, schedules, statuses, change, and risk management. 

Supported Corporate Management (VP, Directors, and Department heads) in the development of IT plans, standards, and reports as per corporate policies. 

Internal Projects: Business Continuity- Project Managed, initiated, and effectively completed the deployment of Microsoft TEAMS (Voice over Cloud (Telephony)) for 240 users and IT Asset Management for 300 users. Increased productivity by 20-35%). The projects required both horizontal and vertical stakeholder management (communication) with successful project deliverables based on extensive scope/time/resource management.

Client Delivery & Program Manager

Primary roles have encompassed Senior Project Management functionality (Supervision and leading IT infrastructure projects based on Service Delivery requirements) in providing technology solutions to public and private sector clients across Western Canada. The role was inclusive of business analysis, vendor management as well as supply chain activities.

As Implementation / Transition Manager worked with a team to develop and implement a master transition plan that managed cost and schedule to create or modify facilities, hire required staff, implement and test technical solutions, and put in place initial service delivery processes. 

Role-based on projects, business analysis or service requests and ensured company resources were utilized appropriately in line with technical standards and contract/agreement arrangements.  

Was responsible for client communications and fostering collaboration across the core teams and stakeholders and assigned client accounts that ensured timely correspondence and commitments. 

Based on various projects and its requirement (Statement of work) clear adherence to scope, time, budget, and quality was a mandatory requirement.

• Collaborated with internal teams such as account & sales managers, technical teams, finance and operation teams to ensure project services were delivered to clients, based on scope, time, budget & quality.
o ICBC: IT Infrastructure refresh – Driver Licensing offices (province-wide)
o BC Healthcare Services 
(Interior Health Authority, Fraser Health Authorities: approx. 4,000 printers, Province-wide, contracted for > CAD 1.5 M).
