My path to coaching was born from my own struggles with burnout. As a high-achieving professional, the co-owner and Managing Director of a fast-growing start-up, I constantly battled high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism and the need to please others. It wasn’t until I faced my breaking point with the death of my mother that I realised the profound impact these had on my life and career.

This challenging journey taught me that I had the strength to rise above, heal, and thrive. This transformation ignited my passion to guide other women through their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.
