My path to coaching was born from my own struggles with burnout. As a high-achieving professional, the co-owner and Managing Director of a fast-growing start-up, I constantly battled high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism and the need to please others. It wasn’t until I faced my breaking point with the death of my mother that I realised the profound impact these had on my life and career.

This challenging journey taught me that I had the strength to rise above, heal, and thrive. This transformation ignited my passion to guide other women through their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.

I am a part of the research team at Forever Healthy located in Karlsruhe/Germany. As a team we are in charge of publishing risk benefit analysis (RBA). For every RBA, we carefully search and collect every publication available about the topic of interest, extract data from the selected publications, list out the benefits and risks identified, quantitatively evaluate the benefits and risks, search pharmacodynamica and pharmacokinetics and based on all of our findings, propose a conclusion (in favour or against the use/application of the therapy of interest), prepare a treatment protocol as well as risk mitigation strategies and recommend a treatment monitoring plan.
