My path to coaching was born from my own struggles with burnout. As a high-achieving professional, the co-owner and Managing Director of a fast-growing start-up, I constantly battled high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism and the need to please others. It wasn’t until I faced my breaking point with the death of my mother that I realised the profound impact these had on my life and career.

This challenging journey taught me that I had the strength to rise above, heal, and thrive. This transformation ignited my passion to guide other women through their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.

We cover sleep, mood, mindset, nutrition and skin to name but a few and have you feeling back to ‘you’.  The real magic happens in our weekly 1-1 coaching sessions where we discover what has been holding you back so far and help you create lasting habits that stick. 

By the end of the programme you will understand what's going on in your body and will feel happier, healthier and calmer.  In addition, you'll be equipped with tools to improve your long term health and prevent future illness.

In addition to my work as a transformative coach, I am a practicing private GP at the prestigious Courtfield Private Practice in Kensington, London.  The patients that I see are often struggling with juggling the various different aspects of their lives and this has a huge impact on their wellbeing; both in an emotional and physical sense.  

During my 20+ years as a doctor, I've gained a huge amount of experience in all walks of life. In my medical practice, I realised that many patients were coming to me for non-medical issues and hence I decided to train as a life coach to be able to offer more than a purely medical approach to their problems.
