- ​Build the 0-to-1 Machine: I design the execution frameworks needed to launch and scale new functions across Product and Revenue.
- ​Remove organizational drag: I fix broken handoffs, noisy data, and the "messy middle" where priorities usually collide.
- ​Design for reality: I build dashboards and feedback loops that people actually use to make decisions, not just to look busy.
