Three common reasons that agencies fail to grow past $30k/mo:

1. Undercharging. This is by far the most common one I see.
2. Overdelivering for clients. Usually caused by an undefined scope where the agency can’t push back or ask for more money.
3. Overpaying the team (or yourself and you haven’t hired any help).

Fix these three, and growth and profit explode.
