As a Senior Procurement Specialist I was responsible for all supply chain related activities supporting the ground support equipment category. 

Notable Accomplishments: 

- Spearheaded effort to define and implement the procurement requirements for the supply chain operation, included defining and procuring inventory levels, onboarding new suppliers, establishing suppliers long term agreements, mitigating supply chain risk, and negotiating procurements for critical commodities  
- Designed inventory solutions for maintenance parts by setting automatic reorder points and reorder quantities, resulting in a 36% reduction in delivery lead time 
- Negotiated long-term pricing and inventory agreements with key suppliers for operations maintenance requirements resulting in a $100K yearly savings

Senior Procurement Specialist

As the Logistics Business Planner at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles I was responsible for logistic network design and financial reporting efforts supporting a three-terminal operation, while coordinating the efforts of 400 Unionized employees, with business unit revenue exceeding $145 Million yearly. I owned the resource  and demand planning function from human capitol to capex assets.

Notable Accomplishments:

- Planned and executed new model logistics launch plans for two new product lines, which increased equipment utilization by 16%
- Implemented efficiency improvements in manpower and equipment utilization resulting in cost savings of $1.3M 
- Initiated and executed new mobile trailer maintenance process resulting in a $980K per year maintenance cost savings

Logistics Business Planner

Working closely with assembly plants and core supplier plants I created demand plans and managed the logistics activities of FCA's most critical supply lanes. Responsible for the successful execution of over 1,300 Just-In-Time full truck load shipments in support of production operations at six final assembly plants. I was an integral link between the UAW workforce and Corporate Logistics in successfully managing the daily operations.

-Redesigned and automated scheduling responsibilities and processes, as well as manpower forecasting reports leading to a cost savings of $2.1 Million 
-Forecasted future business trends, and identified new business opportunities that were included in formal business plans presented to senior management and approved for implementation
