This firm not only served clients at the highest level but also was producing over 1 million dollars in profit annually. We were running at a 45 percent market share in the real estate companies I owned and operated.

I was excited and proud to be the owner and President of this dynamic real estate firm. 
I oversaw all operations, growth and business development in our company. 

We were a full service real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate. We also offered a one stop shop full value experience for our customers in ancillary and sister services related to the real estate transaction. 

We became one of San Diego's top 5 real estate companies in two short years in one of the worst real estate markets in recent memory. The team also excelled by doing extensive community service and giving back to our communities. 
This firm in its entirety was converted over to a new franchise under Real Living.

Prudential California Realty

We were a full service residential brokerage with all settlement services such as title, escrow, mortgage, relocation. 100 offices and 4200 agents. 

I was responsible for all operations from the Central Coast of California to San Diego as well as the Coachella Valley covering Palm Springs and Palm desert areas. 

I started in this firm as a branch manager and over the years rose to the ranks of President & CEO. At our peak we were doing 36,000 transactions a year and over 25 billion in sales volume. 

In 2001 this became a Home Services Berkshire Hathaway company. We were Warren Buffett's first point of entry into the California real estate market. This firm became the 5th largest real estate company in sales volume out of all the brokerages in the USA.

First Capital, A Mortgage Company

As a board member/advisor and minority owner I helped in the promotion and marketing of mortgage services to our managers and agents. I was also involved in the monthly Executive board meetings assessing all of our loans that were running through our pipelines. 

We did both our own banking and brokering of loans. We were doing over 250 million of loan volume per month. This venture was eventually sold to Home Services of America a Berkshire Hathaway company.

This was the first real estate company that I worked for starting as a residential sales person. The company offered residential and commercial services as well as mortgage. 

In the 6 years I was with this firm I had various duties and was promoted frequently. I started in sales but then evolved into being a national sales trainer for both residential and commercial divisions.

In the last few years I was also running two very profitable residential real estate offices. These offices were in the high end real estate markets in San Diego.

In my early years prior to real estate, I was in the restaurant business. I quickly evolved from being a waiter and bartender to managing the businesses. Over the years I managed many large and successful fine dining restaurants, dinner theaters, comedy clubs and private country clubs. This was a great entry level path into management and understanding customer service needs at a high level.
