What's up! I'm Josh 👋

I've been a builder my whole life. In grade school, I made board games to play with my friends. In high school, I wrote short stories and a novel. I've drawn and painted since before I can remember.

14 years ago, I founded my first startup, raised funding, hired engineers, and brought my vision to market. This ignited my passion for tech.

Next, I managed a team of 36 engineers at a publicly traded SaaS company. 

Since then, I've started 3 other companies and led teams in product management, enterprise customer success, and sales. I built 3 GTM motions from the ground up and led Lavender to $1 million ARR + their series A before striking out on my own as a fractional operator and advisor.

I dream of creating new technology that changes the world, together with my friends and network.

There's the 30,000 connection limit, and (more importantly) I'll get swamped with automated dms if I accept all of them. My inbox would be unusable.

So, make sure you
↳ Have a friendly and professional profile photo (mine could be better)
↳ Write a clear headline. The first 10 words matter 10x more than the rest
↳ Complete your profile
↳ Post and comment thoughtfully. Your activity section is the first place people go if they peep your profile before accepting. You don't have to post everyday, but you do have to post with quality.

I just helped a new client update their LinkedIn profiles and start posting. They started booking inbound leads immediately.

LinkedIn works. It's just louder here than before. Put in the effort, and it can work for you too.

Update on October pipegen: Hyperbound booked the most meetings this month than any other month in company history, aside from our first viral launch in January 2024.

We can all agree that life is typically too serious and stressful, especially on a professionally based platform, so I enjoy breaking that norm with some laughter in both my content and sales process.

Professionally: I specialize in building and refining sales motions and top of funnel processes, bringing a unique twist that “breaks through the noise” of the modern day dreaded norm of what people believe is good revenue generation.

Before moving to Sales, I had the pleasure of coaching and treating thousands of clients through rehabilitation and personal training for almost 10 years, where I now channel the same energy and passion in leading GTM teams.
