Trust me when I say if it’s not growing, it’s dying.  Every organization *needs* to be growing; there’s always the next level. I happen to have an eye for that. 

During my 7 years of experience working at social impact organizations, (while also attending two different Universities🙌🏽) I’ve led internal shifts in the departments I managed, directed internal program operations, created a solid structure to support change management, and increased the standard of excellence for the teams I’ve supervised. Accessibility, belonging, and authenticity have been the themes of my career. 

On a personal note I’m constantly pulled by my own potential and by the potential of all those around me.
