Along with creating and developing their own personal ministry on campus, each campus staff must raise 100% of their own personal support, Through my value and the value our ministry brings. 

•	Raised $40,000+ of my salary, and ministry expenses for each of 3 years by meeting with prospective supporters
•	Successfully ministered individually and in groups to the Football and Baseball teams and Fraternities
•	Personally led and trained over 40 men on a consistent basis
•	Gained and maintained 51 different support accounts from giving partners
•	Routinely gave small and large group presentations to as many as 300 students
