Glencoco

Glencoco is a B2B2C Fractional Sales Marketplace. On one side, companies can list on our marketplace and specify a bounty they want to pay per sales qualified meeting. On the other side, people can sign up as contractors and source and set meetings after being approved by listed companies.

The average tenure of a full-time SDR is 6-9 months, with about 44% of SDRs on average hitting quota on an industry aggregated basis. This high turnover and churn leads to anxiety for both employers and employees, along with significant shadow costs associated with long interview times, quick fires, staffing time and spend on recruiting.

Unlike most outsourced SDR agencies, we've built out the training, dialing, prospecting, meeting scheduling, and payments infrastructure into our marketplace, saving companies overhead on tools costs. It's a self-service, AI-assisted experience, saving significant time and overhead compared to a white-glove approach.

Unlike most outsourced SDR agencies, we are taking labeled, structured conversational data generated from our marketplace along with conversions and outcomes from those conversations to build AI features to significantly enhance the productivity of humans in sales development and deliver valuable prospect insights about target accounts, pushed directly into our customer CRMs.

On an industry aggregate level in B2B, over 50% of all successful outbound prospecting involves a human phone call interaction. While email will largely go the way of full AI automation, US regulators have banned AI-generated voices to be used in outbound sales calls.
