This is by far my best-performing cold email subject line.

It also gets the most responses.

Via {Name}.

When I sold into HR, I didn’t start with people at the top.

I started with the ones doing the work.

During those conversations, I’d ask,
“Would it be okay if I mentioned your name when I reach out to {Scott}?”

If they said yes, I’d include their name in the subject line:

Via Kim.

And my first sentence was simple:
“Kim suggested I contact you regarding FSA participation.”

Doors at the top open more easily
when someone below has already welcomed you in.

Struggling to book meetings? Getting ghosted? Want to sell without pushing, convincing, or begging? Read this profile.

Don’t let anyone tell you what you should or shouldn’t say on a cold call.

There’s no “right” way.

Only your way.

There is no single path.
Only the one that fits your rhythm.

The one that rolls off your tongue with ease.
The one that feels like breathing, not acting.

The one that makes you sound like a person, not a playbook.

Find your way. 
Then refine it.

That’s when cold calls start to feel less like performing…
and more like connecting.

It’s the kind of line that sounds soft at first…
but hits like a freight train later.

Because we don’t recognize our strength
until stairs leave us winded.
We don’t notice our energy
until it’s gone by 2 p.m.

The good old days aren’t just high school or your twenties.
They might be today.
Right now.

- Gary finalized the 2024 Zone of Rate Freedom (ZORF) regulation amendment and successfully presented it to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Board. 
- He drafted revisions for two different sections of the 2024 New Jersey Driver Manual.

Developing organizational sandboxes for various aspects of the legal affairs unit.

When there’s a need to grow new customers and revenue, employees doing the same things at their job is a problem. Training and changing the employee mindset may result in employee pushback. However, the long-lasting result yields bigger clients, more revenue, great scale, improved reputation

When looking to grow interest in company’s product service, and the company doesn’t spend the energy, time, or money to keep updating and growing the business, there’s a problem. This increases the work for IT and can overwhelm them. Yet, when done properly, there are more projects for workers which delivers more revenue. 

🟡 Reputation:
Gary is known for going into new industries and connecting with influencers and establishing partnerships. He’s developed expertise in researching, establishing trust, and problem solving.

🟣 Style:
Gary builds rapport with clients and prospects by getting to know them and his curiosity enables him to determine their problems. He brainstorms ideas for solutions and then decides the best route for success, followed by monitoring for adjustments and/or changes.
