40% of people in relationships are lonely. Of those 40%, men who have been married for several years & have kids are the loneliest of them all. If you're a married man reading this, you probably already know this... but do you know why?

70% of all married Americans cheat at some point. SEVENTY. Let that sink in.

Let's talk about it:

Men often tie their emotional attachment to sex. Men typically feel more bonded to women after having sex, whereas women need an emotional bond in order to have sex.

Men are not encouraged to be vulnerable. Men are not encouraged to express their frustrations, fears, doubts, limiting beliefs. It's not what "men" do. Sex is incredibly vulnerable. It stands to reason that sex is how men connect emotionally. And if men don't feel like they can be vulnerable (aka have sex) with their partner, they get lonely. So if you are not having sex, aren’t feeling connected to your partner, aren’t feeling SEEN, where do you turn?

In my hundreds of hours working with men as a Platonic Touch Therapist through Cuddlist, do you know what my male clients had in common? They were looking for relaxation, stress relief, companionship, compassion, & acceptance. They reported suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, loneliness & general life stress. Can you relate to this?

Without a safe space to get the support you need, here’s what you can look forward to: affair, divorce, or marital misery. Traditional therapy is highly stigmatized for men, & often seen as a last resort to save the marriage. Often this option is looked into when it's already too late & often points to a spouse's faults; yikes! Isn't there another way? YES! The solutions I offer are designed to meet you where you're at.

I'm a Connection Specialist, primarily supporting men’s mental & emotional health. As we’re all interconnected, I believe that when one of us suffers, we all suffer; but healing is available when we experience genuine connection with others. I'm a pro at holding space & offer coaching around cultivating authentic relationships. I love theatre, rooting for my Niners, engaging intentionally with strangers (but not like a creeper), & having open-minded dialogues that foster connection.
 
The goal here is not to spend years without making real progress. The goal is to get you feeling empowered & ready for transformation in your relationships.
