I've been getting more requests to manage company pages lately.

So here's the question: how do you grow a company page?
Same way as a personal profile, just with much lower organic reach.

A quick guide:

1. 2 strong posts > 5 forgettable ones
2. Engage like humans, not corporate bots
3. Showcase real team members and their insights
4. Let employees be ambassadors in their own style
5. AI is your assistant, but you bring the strategy and voice

Personal brands are more effective to grow, but a company page can be a good asset for your overall brand - just slower. The choice is yours.

9 tactics I use to attract followers who become clients on LinkedIn.

Here's what actually drives qualified followers in B2B tech:

1. Define your value proposition

Remember: Your audience has limited attention. 

Are you sharing technical insights? 
Leading industry conversations?
Building in public? 

Why should they follow you?

Make it crystal clear.

2. Build your foundation (500+ connections)

Connect with people in your target market. 
Engage genuinely on their posts. 

Relationships first, followers second.

3. Switch On the Follow button

Settings > Visibility > Switch to "Follow" mode.

Let people follow you without sending connection requests. Make it easy for them.

4. Post consistently

Here's what actually works:

Consistency. Not sexy. Not exciting. But it works. 

Consistent effort on the right things:

Sounds simple, right? But you have to do all of this in imperfect conditions.

When things go wrong. When resources are limited. When results aren't immediate.

That's why most people quit.
They expect instant results. They don't see progress in week 6, so they stop in week 8.

Results take time.
Consistency in the right direction + imperfect conditions = results.

But here's what consistency doesn't mean: doing the same thing blindly.

Suddenly, every post needs to be perfect. 
Every idea feels too small. 
A lot of drafts sit in my Apple notes for weeks.

When I work for clients, I don't wait for inspiration. I have deadlines, commitments, and a clear process.

But for my own brand? I was giving myself permission to wait for the "right moment."

My new solution to my own LinkedIn presence:

When energy for posting drops - 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐡𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐦.

Post 1 time a week instead of 3. 
Share shorter thoughts instead of long-form. 
Repurpose your old valuable content. But stay visible.

The difference between a built brand and an abandoned one? Following through to the end.

This is what separates people with completed projects from those with 5 half-finished ideas sitting at 50%.

No inspiration? Work without it.
