Led the team by setting strategic directions and managing day-to-day business operations, including internal communications. Took the initiative to integrate a software-based solution for managing employees by tracking key metrics.

Curated an SMS strategy that was able to get their local fans to opt in to marketing messages by incentivizing them with apparel. This created stronger ties with their local audience which was used to broadcast team updates, season ticket sales, and pop up events. Involved in research and design to development and production: from onboarding, the first phase (site improvements or website overhaul), the second phase (going to market, SEO framework, social media, Adwords, etc), and the third phase (affiliate marketing, optimizing, lead gen for sales, gorilla/ambush marketing, etc).

In 2019, my partner and I launched Connecting Roads, a mission-driven collective specializing in creating bucket-list-worthy experiences that merge hospitality, outdoor adventure, and community-building. Our work spans event production, experiential design, and destination development, with a focus on transformational experiences that elevate brands and connect people to meaningful moments.

From managing large-scale festivals and rebranding renowned resorts to launching innovative hospitality startups, I have led projects that celebrate local culture, sustainability, and innovation. Highlights include executing high-profile activations, spearheading resort transformations, and supporting the successful launch of experiential hospitality ventures.

At Connecting Roads, we prioritize authentic connections and leveraging creative partnerships to build experiences that inspire and endure. With an eye toward the future, I am expanding the brand to integrate media, technology, and regenerative hospitality to redefine how people engage with travel, community, and the natural world.

VeeCon

At VeeCon 2024, a flagship event by Gary Vaynerchuk and VeeFriends, I served as the lead Event Producer for hospitality, curating experiences that elevated the conference for over 7,000 attendees. Hosted in downtown Los Angeles, my responsibilities included designing and managing hospitality across venues such as the Peacock Theater, Grammy Museum, and Creator Hotel Takeovers.

Working closely with iconic brands like Coach, Starry, Don Julio, Johnnie Walker, Cheetos, Diageo, Under Armour, and Samsung, I crafted bespoke activations, VIP experiences, and offsite brand engagements. From concept to execution, I ensured seamless logistics, vibrant atmospheres, and memorable interactions that aligned with the event's innovative and community-driven spirit.

Collaboration was key, as I worked with a dynamic team to produce high-level sponsorship activations, manage creator relations, and ensure every touchpoint embodied the VeeCon ethos of inspiration, education, and connection.

As the Event Producer for Hospitality at VeeCon 2024, powered by VeeFriends, I orchestrated immersive experiences for over 7,000 attendees at this trailblazing conference in downtown Los Angeles. My role involved end-to-end management of hospitality programming across iconic venues such as the Peacock Theater, Novo, Grammy Museum, and Creator Hotel Takeovers.

Collaborating with renowned brands like Coach, Cheetos, Diageo, Under Armour, and Samsung, I led the creation of elevated activations, VIP lounges, and bespoke experiences that reflected the innovative and community-focused essence of VeeFriends. My work included crafting detailed hospitality strategies, coordinating with sponsors, and delivering unforgettable moments for attendees and creators alike.

Canyon of the Eagles

As General Manager at Canyon of the Eagles, I reimagined outdoor hospitality by leading the restoration and development of 940 acres in Texas Hill Country. My role encompassed overseeing 61 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, an RV park, 3 campgrounds, 14 miles of trails, and an onsite observatory, creating a destination that seamlessly blended nature with exceptional service.

I spearheaded new guest experience initiatives aimed at establishing a fresh brand identity centered on outdoor family adventures. Additionally, I worked to elevate the appeal of Lake Buchanan, positioning it as a premier destination just an hour outside of Austin, Texas.

Through strategic leadership and collaboration with Vista Recreation and LCRA, I focused on enhancing operations, creating unforgettable experiences, and driving sustainable growth for this location.

As part of the Rolling Loud 2023 team, I managed sponsorship credentials, VIP guest lists, and artist check-ins, ensuring a seamless experience for high-profile sponsors and talent. My role required meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Working with top-tier sponsors, I coordinated credentialing and access, guaranteeing that brand representatives and VIP guests received top-notch service aligned with Rolling Loud’s reputation as a premier music festival. I also oversaw artist check-ins, facilitating smooth arrivals and ensuring each artist's needs were addressed promptly and professionally.

Through strategic communication and efficient workflows, I helped elevate the sponsor and artist experience, contributing to the festival's ongoing success and reputation for excellence.

As a key coordinator, I managed ultra-VIP programs designed to provide unparalleled access, luxury, and personalization for high-profile guests and celebrities.

My responsibilities included curating bespoke experiences, overseeing exclusive hospitality offerings, and ensuring seamless operations across all Platinum access areas. From backstage tours and private viewing areas to concierge-level guest services, I focused on delivering unforgettable moments that reflected the festivals’ premium standards.

Collaborating with top-tier teams, sponsors, and vendors, I maintained meticulous attention to detail and upheld the high expectations of an elite clientele. My efforts ensured every touchpoint of the Platinum Experience was extraordinary, enhancing Coachella and Stagecoach’s reputation as leaders in experiential luxury.

Keys to the Vatican

This is the first time in history that pieces from the Vatican’s renowned and historical art collection will be made available as official digital collectibles. 25 of the most famous artworks of all time, including Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel ceiling, Raphael’s The School of Athens, and Caravaggio’s The Entombment of Christ, will be turned into digital collectibles, one-of-one digital items verified for authenticity and ownership. 

Each piece of art in the first six collections will be a limited edition of 2,797, which is the number of keys that open all the doors in the Vatican museum each day. Buyers will receive a digital certificate of authenticity verifying the unique number of their limited-edition artwork. Moreover, their digital collectible will give them access to real-world benefits starting such as art prints, and in- person experiences. The most generous donors will also have a chance to get a private meeting with Pope Francis. 

My role has been to design in-person experiences that will invoke transformation and connection while focusing on serving local communities. These experiences range from 'Following the Footsteps of Michael Angelo' to 'Dining Alongside the Duomo' and 'Attending World Day of Peace'.

River Edge Tiny Home Village

I managed the launch of River Edge Tiny Home Village, a start-up tiny home community in New Mexico. With values of living a sustainable, simplistic and outdoor driven lifestyle, I was able to connect tiny living enthusiasts with a place to call home in the beauty of the Southwest. 

My responsibilities in this role were vast and ranged from property management and operations, creating and maintaining social media and grassroot marketing strategies, and developing site plans through vendor coordination and grant writing.

Over the 6 months that I worked there, we brought in our first 5 residents, upgraded the facilities on over 10 sites, making them ready for new homeowners, and launched the first social media campaigns generating over 1 million impressions.
