As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Nicasource, I lead the delivery area, ensuring our technological services are of the highest standard and meet client expectations. My role is crucial in driving the company's technical direction, delivering high-quality digital solutions, and supporting overall business success. I focus on shaping our technological strategy through regular market and trend analysis while collaborating closely with sales and client relationship teams to understand and address client needs. By strategically allocating resources and overseeing the development of internal projects, I ensure our team is well-prepared and positioned for success. My efforts in operational alignment and continuous feedback implementation drive our commitment to excellence and innovation in every project we undertake.

Chief Technology Officer

I am responsible for supervising the work of all engineering teams, developing and implementing efficient engineering processes and improvements, and leading the team through management and mentorship. I also ensure ongoing technical training and skill improvement are implemented in the department, oversee internal product development, and define the innovation strategy for the company. In addition, I collaborate on company strategy and provide outsourced CTO services to Nicasource clients. I am responsible for ensuring that products are designed and developed to meet customer needs, evaluating new technologies and suggesting adoption choices that will best fit the client's project requirement, and overseeing the creation of technical architecture documents or proposals.

Responsible for overseeing the entire engineering team and the specific performance of the Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Team Leads.
Provided Senior Software Development services for one more clients.
Worked on creating a productive working environment for development and quality assurance teams.
Conduct annual reviews and regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports
