And of course, representation matters.

But real change starts somewhere else, when more women move from participating in the system to building inside it. 

Designing products.

Owning the architecture of what comes next.

A few months ago I joined their Buildathon with an idea. 
In less than 48 hours, my business partner and I had a working MVP.

The idea didn’t need to wait for a developer. 
It just needed us to ground it and make it real.

That’s what moving the needle looks like.
