When I learned that most supplements are absorbed by the body for only 20% while liposomal supplements are absorbed for 90%, my mission was crystal clear. Making the world aware of liposomal supplements. In July 2022 we launched our MVP. After a half year of testing & learning we successfully launched our latest concept: liposomal supplements in handy 100% paper daily sachets.

We strengthened our proposition in July 2023 with the launch of our “To measure is to know'' campaign. Instead of supporting customers to take various and unneeded supplements we advise them to take a vitamin blood test before taking (our) supplements. Offering them at-home blood tests together with an online questionnaire and free & personalized advice from our doctor. Our approach is honest, transparent and unique. We even advise people not taking any supplements if their results are positive.

After 18+ years in e-commerce, healthcare and marketplaces, one pattern keeps repeating:

Brands rarely fail because of marketing.
They fail because of structure.

These past two weeks were a strong reminder of that.

I spent time gathering honest, detailed feedback
from a group of our most loyal Today.rocks users,
involving them closely in the design direction of our upcoming new line.

What stood out wasn’t just what they said,
but how simple and clear it often was
compared to what I initially believed was right as a founder.

A quiet but important reminder:

Real progress often starts with
listening better than you speak.

Not chasing your own ideas faster,
but understanding what people truly need
and refining the small details that shape behaviour over time.

Work that rarely looks spectacular in the moment,
but quietly changes everything in the long run.

That’s the part of building I’ve come to value most:

Not the spikes,
but the steady, daily progress that truly lasts.
