As a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Interim Sales Director, I specialise in helping businesses drive sustainable growth. With over 15 years of experience in sales and real leadership, I’ve had the privilege of leading global teams across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, helping businesses scale and thrive. Most recently, I spearheaded the growth of a UK-based investment agency, transforming it into one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies.
In 2024, I founded Kasvu to creatively and collaboratively solve business challenges for ambitious SMEs, focusing on efficient operations, enhanced sales, and sustainable growth strategies.

Outside of work, I'm a family man, a Dad of three, a sports lover—especially tennis and padel—and a proud Scotsman living in Manchester/Cheshire for the past decade. Fun fact: I have an irrational fear of baked beans! 😂
